The staff was GREAT , we would like to thank DEE for everything ! She is offering quality services + extra informations and as well we like very much that she smiles ! The location was good, very close to the tram station, restaurants and supermarkets ! Easy to access Al Barsha area from the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was good, different things to choose from, very happy with that.

we do not speak Arabic , and the only inconvenience was that on the TV there are no English channels and as well no possibility to connect on my Netflix or other streaming platform, on the TV in the room but was not such a big deal !

Great location in Al Barsha 1, just a short walk from MOE (Even during summer, at night time it was still within walking distance). It is also a 2-3 minute walk from Dubai Metro (Mashreq Metro Station) which can take you almost everywhere in Dubai. The hotel is situated near Laffah if you want a good shawarma and there are a few karak places around for karak tea. Me and my dad went to breakfast almost every morning, there was a good variety of both food and drink to choose from. The hotel rooms themselves were nice and big and the bathroom was clean. There was no noise as the windows were very good at blocking out any noise from cars/traffic. The staff were super friendly and helpful and there was a small coffee shop and sitting area in the lobby which was nice to sit and do work at.

Originally we were placed in a smoking room by mistake but this was quickly amended by Peter who was extremely helpful and ensured we got moved to a non smoking room ASAP. Peter apologised and understood our problem straight away and had us in a non smoking room in less than an hour from the request.

Great hotel with great staff. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast variety and quality was great!

It's a tiny personal issue but the extremely soft pillows gave us a slight pain in the neck.

We chose to stay in this hotel for 2 different occasions, as it is very close to the train station (about 5 minutes). Also, breakfast has multiple choices compared to other hotels. We liked the bed which is very big and that during the night there was no noise coming out from the street. We dont like to open AC during the night (because of the noise mostly)and we liked that the AC system has a fan also that will keep the temperature low enough to be able to sleepnin silence. The hotel has all the facilities you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.

We didn't like much the taste of the food because of the spices. As there are people coming from Europe too, I would recommend to have more food options for them too. Also, I would recommend more clothes hangers (we had just 3 for 2 people). We didn't like the stale air whenever we entered the room (maybe you can do something about it).

The staff are all highly motivated. They help each other. No drawing of lines. They will never say no to you. All provide service will a big smile.

Convenience of complimentary breakfast and a short walk to the metro! The staff were friendly and the room size was decent. In addition, there are restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance as well.

I didn’t like that there is no where for an Uber to stop when you request one. Make sure you’re outside and ready when they come to catch them in the roundabout. If you have a flight that arrives before a check in time, the hotel may not be able to go accommodate you. Upon my arrival, I had to wait 4-5 hours for my room to be ready which is very difficult after a 14 hour flight.

Was celebrating our anniversary with my partner and the hotel was so thoughtful to decorate the room by designing two flamingos on the bed which was beautiful. Additional as we were having our breakfast the chef wished us a happy anniversary and offered delicious waffles with berries. Additional the staffs were so hospitable from the reception while we were checking in , housekeeping, lifeguard , receptionists. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, the packing was easily accessible. The restaurant was clean and tidy the staffs ensured plates were cleared and food replenished on time.

Check in procedure - I had 1 night charged to my card in spite of the no prepayment premium I had paid, and the staff was not able to explain why to me, even though I've booked like this via Booking.com several times and am familiar with the policies.

We loved every moment of our stay. It was not over crowded, breakfast had a variety every morning which included fresh waffles and croissants daily. The housekeeping staff were friendly and kept our room fresh, especially Saffron and Austin. The beds were comfy and inviting. The staff at breakfast were always helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was great, close to Emirates mall and restaurants. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel for the price we paid. We look forward to coming back here. Keep up the good work guys!

Everything was perfect, though the pool can be closed at 9pm instead of 7pm.
