Very convenient location. Centrally located and easy to get to everything we wanted to go see/do. Also liked the proximity to the Performing Arts center. Fun restaurants very close to the hotel.

Can't honestly think of anything. It was a fun, quirky, spunky location. Maybe the only that I can think of is that the shower curtain didn't really prevent water from splashing into the bathroom. Not a big deal, but maybe a glass door would be better.

The hotel room was ok, with facilities to brew coffee or prepare tea water. I was happy to find a small fridge in the hotel room - perfect if you want to experience American food that you choose directly when shopping at the food store (a short drive from the hotel with an Uber). I would be happy to return to this hotel later on. I received my room at bit after the checking in time, with an excure from the hotel personnel in the reception. No bit problem, but as a compensation I received a free meal in their bar... Thank you, Courtis hotel - welcoming attitude.

The view from the window was not really exciting, but I didn't expect to much before I came... I am not sure I have so many other comments here.

The people at the front desk and servers at the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stylish, the daily cleaning service was appreciated, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. We loved the design features throughout the hotel, especially in the lobby. That was a feature that drew us to select the hotel.

There was a long wait to use the bathrooms in the lobby. We later found out that one of the rooms was locked because it didn't work but no one placed a sign on it. Everyone was waiting and getting frustrated because no one was coming out of the second bathroom. People were also concerned that someone needed help because over 20 minutes had passed. It would have saved frustration and a waste of time if there was a "not working" sign on the door.

Location was amazing. Close to downtown, ball arena and Larimer square.

This was more of a family friendly hotel than a romantic weekend away from home. Each floor is themed, our floor was the fun and games floor. The elevator announces it every time you go on the floor. I think kids would enjoy it but for just my husband and I we thought it was kind of creepy.

The Curtis is in the perfect location for central activities in the downtown area. We chose it for its location to the theater and the many restaurants nearby. Because they had parking onsite as well, we were able to walk to everything we had planned for the weekend in under 10 minutes. Plus, my husband and I really enjoy the vibe of boutique hotels, and The Curtis had some fun and quirky themed rooms as well as an interesting lobby.

The only thing I could see it needs improvement on is its cleanliness. There were a few questionable stains on the floor in our room as well as some on the bathroom walls. I think a better scrub on those would make me feel a bit more comfortable.

Every floor has a different theme. The lobby was styled and decorated in a cool and unusual fashion to really look like summer fun. It’s so nice to stay in a place that tries to make staying in a hotel an experience and a fun one at that! Our check in person went above expectations when we arrived a bit early, and they offered to put us on the Scary Movie floor! What an excellent surprise!

There is no pool there, but they make up for it with delicious and free cookies.

Great location for walking to historic buildings, museums, mural/arts area. No noise issues, even with concerts nearby. The art in the hotel is modern and fun. Staff was attentive and able to hold luggage until my train departure. I don't recommend walking with rolling luggage on the cobble stones near the train station.

Staff could have know more aware of walking destinations in the area. Fortunately, I had done my research.

I loved the location. We were able to walk to live music, fancy dinners and convenience stores. Just around the corner was a beautiful area with live music and Michelin star restaurants. It felt absolutely safe even at 11 at night. It was refreshing.

They didn't provide room service for breakfast brunch on Sunday. But I understand now that they had a kitchen fire of sort's so maybe next time.

the property was amazing

I’m a black man who went down stairs to grab my breakfast and I had on something to protect my Locs and one of the employees told me “ I like that little hat you have on it’s like a chefs hat but black” definitely wasn’t his place to speak on something he knew nothing about and it left me and a older black women looking at each other across the bar with a stale face but another employee came up to me while I was on the way to me room and apologized for him

My room was very spacious and spotless. The check-in process was seamless and took only a few minutes; the staff at the front desk was kind and helpful. There was also complementary tea and decaf coffee in the room. I've been to Denver for an event, and the hotel's location was within 5-10 minutes walking distance of various restaurants and event venues, making it a pretty convenient stay.
