location was perfect and staff was amazing!

breakfast could be better but I hear they are always improving, they have new owners that bought just before the planedemic and everything shut down so the improvements have been delayed, but by August they should have a new balcony with outdoor furniture over looking the water. the view is amazing

We had a group of 7. Breakfast was great. The decks overlooking the water, pool and the bar were great to hang before and after exploring the area. The bartendar was so much fun. Great Location!!!! Center for the local night entertainment. Able to walk to most nightclubs.

Can't think of anything. Airbnb host canceled on us the Saturday before we were to arrive in Destin on Thursday. The people at the Inn had rooms and were so accommadating to our needs. And a plus, it was Cheaper!!!!

I liked the location overlooking the harbor. the rooms were nice and comfortable and clean. the staff was very helpful

the deck furniture was pretty hard and uncomfortable. other guests were yelling outside our room at 3 am, another one was banging loudly on their door right next to us at 7 am and woke us all up- I know that’s out of your control though.

oh my gosh this place was the cutest!! I liked the small and intimate nature of it as well as the friendly staff. the view of the harbor was truly spectacular and the quality of the inn was honestly higher than expected!

I wish housekeeping would have come to our room and did a small clean up (changing sheets, taking out the trash, replacing towels, etc.) I also wish the breakfast was a little more extensive/had some protein options.

Staff was top notch! Every interaction we had with them was kind and friendly. Location was just about perfect with out being on the beach! Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. We arrived early as we always do, went in to see if we could do early check in and was told check in was at 4:00 and we would have to pay a $100 early check in fee. booking.com states check in as at 3:00. After talking to the desk attendant they gave us full access to the hotel while we maybe waited 20 minutes if that for a room plus didn’t charge us the early check in fee! Views from harbor side rooms are beautiful!!! You can watch the fireworks on Thursday night from the pool or dock area!

Walls are very thin…we got a little entertainment from the room next door the first night lol.

The staff was SUPER friendly and offered options for restaurants as soon as we arrived. They were very excited for our stay and wanted us to have a great vacation. Even before we got there, they were communicative-- it was our first vacation after getting engaged and we asked to check in early and they were more than accommodating and let us prior to arrival the status. They let us know they have happy hour every day from (I think 4-6) and offered a great variety of beverages. Every time we left or arrived they smiled and said hello and the cleaning staff was even very friendly-- I don't often experience that. The room was very clean and we had no issues; I think the issues I read about with folks having issues with the lights were due to the switches being a little tricky/modern, but we figured it out! We got a room with a bay view and it was AMAZING-- the balcony overlooked the pool and every morning and night we sat on it and just looked out to see the tiki boats, pontoons, tour boats, parasailing, etc and it was so nice and peaceful. We were able to walk to our dinner every night, all our activities (snorkeling, parasailing, sunset cruise, etc) as well as Harbor Walk, which were just minutes away. Breakfast was great for grab and go (cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, yogurt, coffee/juice/milk, donuts/danish, etc) and we sat there before our outings every morning and ate while we looked out at the water, it was beautiful! The pool was very nice, clean, and was not busy, even when others were there, they spoke to us and were very nice. Some folks checked in on our last day and were a bit rowdy, but it was tolerable, we had just gotten used to the quiet-- we arrived on a Wednesday and left on a Sunday. We did not encounter one problem!

The girl at check in at midnight was awesome n helpful. The manager was extremely helpful n sweet the young man with deep voice was sweet n helpful as well. The entire staff was great. It felt like I was at a real expensive hotels but it was more than reasonable. The rooms very nice n clean.

Ice machine was out but one on floor above me so no problem.

The location was great and close to what we were doing. We got a bay side view and it was great to sit outside and watch everything. Having breakfast there was convenient and good. Staff was vey friendly.

The carpet on our floor was dirty looking and our floor was sticky when we checked in. we let the front desk know and they got it mopped for us.

Loved the pool, deck and beach area. Very nice hotel great breakfast always stocked well. Excellent customer service, called to check on us and our stay several times and were always helpful the few times we needed. Beautiful views, close to lots of fun things and good restaurants. Very affordable with out giving up quality.

The location is perfect. It’s walking distance to the boardwalk.

We asked to have our room cleaned and it’s wasn’t up to expectations, only made our bed didn’t change sheets and didn’t really clean. Also there’s no dressers to put your clothes in
