-The staff was friendly -The room was comfortable and we didn't see any bedbugs as some reviews stated -The pool was nice and clean -They have a small arcade that my kids enjoyed -It was in a convenient location for food, entertainment, shopping and there's a pharmacy at the corner of the driveway The price definitely was not bad, overall, the hotel served it's purpose and I feel like we got our money's worth and it was comfortable. I would stay again.

-The carpets could use some cleaning. -There were 5 of us staying in the room and the manager only allowed us to get 4 towels. -no microwave in the room. -housekeeping didn't stop by to ask if we needed new towels during their morning rounds.

Is one of the cheapest hotels posted here. Some reviews aren't right but everyone is in title to their opinion. For me and my family we found this hotel silent and peaceful!! Customer service was on point. They understand since a beginning that some doors needs fixing so they advised you to look at the room and if there's something you don't like it can be change with no problem at all. Love the space, the pool look great and the playground also. Clean room and all around the facility was clean.

Most of the front doors of the bedroom aren't working they look like they were forse open. They should definitely invest and fix them up. Other than that everything was great.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and even though there was a couple of times where there was something wrong with the room, they can easily organize to switch rooms with no issues. I love the staff here, we come by here sometimes after our stay to visit them and have a little catch up and they love seeing my kids too so each time we come here we feel at home.

That we can only stay here for 15 days then leave for 5 days but it’s their policy so it’s understandable.

We evacuated due to Hurricane Milton from Tampa. We typically stay on 192 east or international drive. But came across this older resort and cannot have been happier with our experience. Clean king room with comfy bed, nice larger mini fridge, coffee pot as well as iron, iron board & hair dryer if needed. Nice size tv with lovesest & coffee table. Ice cold AC.

Less noisy housekeeping wheels as they drove our 2 mini chihuahuas crazy

At first cheap hotel but Very nice .Every things was near by as like Magic Kingdom monorail ,disney spring mall and others visiting place .food restaurant also as like Burger kings pizza Shop . I suggested my friend and family to enjoy Maingate lakeside resort.Grateful to Resorts Organisations persons

I loved the staff we were never bothered always had what we needed and the location was amazing.

It was an older hotel so if you are looking for the posh environment this may not be for you

The stay was good and air conditioning plus shower with hot water was a win win

One of our cabinets where the mini fridge was broken Also we tried using the phone to call room service to get more towels, since no one came in to I guess restock etc and no answer so we just rolled with it but it would have been nice to have had some room service

It was great, everyone was so NICE. They offer you breakfast ever time you go into the office. The manager was very thoughtful and try her best to give you what you want and need.

My TV screen was cracked.no tissue in the room The blankets was very thin it was like having 2 sheets

All the amenities, close to Walgreens, the internal pizza hut 🍕 great 👍. At AAA Wonderful was the stay.

Very nice stay

People seemed friendly enough. The pools were nice and stayed open until midnight. Disney is super close. There are lots of souvenir shops and places to eat nearby. Parking was a great.

There are alligators in the lake so don't stay lakeside. There is no breakfast or food of any kind on the property. There weren't microwaves or coffee pots in room. The microwave was in the lobby and you had to go outside to get there.
