The breakfast was good but it was mostly the same everyday (eggs and sausage). My son went down to have breakfast and their was a line for the Waffle machine. The hotel need at least two waffle machine. The hotel lobby looks very nice and clean when you walk in leaving a good impression. The bathroom outlet in room 322 and 323, (these are rooms I have stay in) need to be fixed. I had to used the outlet behind the microwave to plug in my hair blower.

Room spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Thomas, our front desk associate, was exceptional in handling our reservation. He was pleasant and eager to help us in any way possible. Complimentary breakfast was convenient and good variety. Will definitely book here again!

Had a small problem with not having our 2nd room double night stay reduced to one night, but as I stated above, Thomas was able to assist us and solve it.

This hotel was so nice and heated hot tub and cool pool.I was upgraded to a suite and was very nice. THE Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Room had an area with couch to relax but TV was in other side by beds.

Staff was good at the time but I was double billed for the one night we stayed on my credit card. I called and was told should be back on card in 5 days or so.Why when my card already paid.?

Stay was wonderful for the cost. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was a little short on options but still had everything typically available. Staff was Great!!! Rooms were larger than expected and there wasn't much noise coming through the walls from the hallway.

Wish it was closer to our destination, but It was good deal on short notice.

Everything the way out of The suite was perfect other than the fact it could have had two TVs for the way it was set up because you couldn't really see the TV from the pull out couch only main bed but other than that it was great it was very clean the staff was very helpful and friendly and it was in a great area and the price was the same as it always is good

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that the sweet didn't have two TVs or was set up to where both the main bed and the couch bed pull out couch could see the TV but being I was staying by myself that night it didn't really matter anyway I just noticed that was something that some people might have missed but other than that it was a great room

Breakfast was a disappointment. Did not keep replenished timely. Some had to ask for things.

A little more personality to staff and a lot of improvement on the breakfast

Modern, clean, thoughtfully put together. Loved that it had a pool, hot tub and workout room though I arrived late and was not able to use them

No vending or ice on the third floor (unsure about other floors)

Very clean, staff were very friendly and price was fair. Was nice that it had a hot tub.

Pool was small, but for the price was ultimately just glad it had a pool and hot tub.

Thomas is wonderful! I really appreciated his willingness to work around my changed work schedule. Very polite and personable young man. I would come back again due to his kind assistance.

There was a big long black hair in the tub.

Breakfast was good Sunday. Saturday we had to leave before 7:00 and the breakfast didn't start until 7:00.

The toilet in the room needs to be stabilized to the ground. Not leaking or anything, just very wobbly when you sit on it.
