The property was very clean and in a great location.

I did not like the way the guest rooms were situated with the "restroom portable" in my room. It felt very forced not to have a restroom with privacy, instead there is an obscured door that is slightly see through, the partial walls do not reach the ceiling, so if someone is going number two in the restroom you can totally smell them pooping while you are taking your shower. Gross.

Driving into the valet was small and hectic. It took 10-15 minutes to be helped by valet. It with the Moxy hotel, which would be fine if the area was bigger. The valet pickup is located in a larger different area than the drop off, so that was easier and quicker. There are a lot of restaurants on the lot but they lack a casual restaurant with simple options. No room service is available. We were told that we could use a QR code in the room to order pick up from the restaurants. However, when we scanned the code, it only had the option to order from Bluestone Lane coffee shop, and they were closed.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the wonderful customer service the staff displayed and provided. The city view that we requested was great! The adjoining rooms we requested were accommodating; and allowed my family to interact after we returned to the room. We attended the Los Angeles Sparks and the Chicago Sky WNBA Basketball Game. The short walk across the street to the arena was enjoyable.

Some of the attendants could have been more conscientious when retrieving our vehicle and providing us with the key when we were ready to leave the hotel. It is not a problem to require payment prior to receiving your keys for the vehicle. However, it is a big problem when an attendant pulls the vehicle around, we load up to leave and they have to look for the keys after asking, "I didn't give them to you?" After calling prior to coming downstairs to leave the hotel one morning, we had to wait for an attendant to return to the office. We could have done without these experiences.

Facilities and room were excellent. The location is great, right next to the arena and convention center. Also next to other things like the bank and ups store, both of which I needed to use. Valet has unlimited in and out service. Gym is super. Well priced.

The destination fee really isn’t in their control but needs explaining cos it’s surprising. You get charged $30, but then they tell you they will credit you $30 on food/drink. So you buy the $30 food/drink and get credited $30. In the end, you still pay $30. Just something to understand up front.

Hotel conveniently located within a half a black from convention center and other venues which made walking to places a breeze. The view is stunning. The shower is pleasant and the comfort of the pillows and bed is dreamy.

There is only valet parking which is around $67 a night plus tax. I parked at the convention center since I was attending a seminar there. I learned there was overnight parking so at the end of my seminar , I walked over with my small luggage on wheels and checked in. It was super easy. Car was untouched in the morning.

Views were amazing, staff were tremendous and hotel was clean! It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The STAFF were amazing, Dean at front desk made my sisters birthday experience at the hotel amazing, he upgraded our room w this amazing view to see and they sent up cupcakes for her birthday! Truly they did not miss a beat at all!

Probably getting into the property with the Uber was tough and the wait time for elevators but over all good experience

I loved the location of the breakfast. I loved that it could be paid by the hospitality tax. I forgot a wallet with several ID cards, a gift certificate, and the lost and found staff was incredibly nice about it. I would like to commend especially Flenicia. I talked with her a couple of times. She was very helpful.

Frankly, after a long trip, learning how to use the two elevators, initially was too much work and confusing. Also the very modern faucet in the bathroom sink was a learning experience. On the whole I prefer a bathroom separate from bedroom. But these are really details.

Hotel is very central. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help.

Initially I was not told of the option to self-park. The valet costs a lot more than the self park, and customers should know there is an option. Also, parking the car should be included in the price. It is a bit low-end to get charged for parking separately. It was my first experiece, and I travel a lot.

Great location for game at Crypto.com arena. Other things to do in area as well such as Grammy Museum. One block from Metro Rail stop and easy access to other areas of LA.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced at $35. They have a beautiful rooftop terrace that was closed most of time due to “weather”, but most days the weather was fine. Let the guests decide if it’s too cold to sit outside.
