I loved the New rooms and the King sized bed was comfortable. Checking in was fast and Guest Rep was nice. My Stay was Great

Reserved online, arrived at 3:15 pm. All rooms downstairs were occupied except the handicapped room. I took it. Check in was easy. Very polite worker at the front desk. This motel required a $60.00 cash for some reason but at least at the end of my stay I'll have cash on hand . My chihuahua and I settled in. Went to the gas station across the street for coffee and returned. Shower is designed for wheelchair access. Toilet area has hand rails on the side wall and across the back wall. Light switches are low for easy access from a wheelchair. Bed is a standard size rather than a queen. The bed was made beautifully, pillows were so comfortable.. The room was clean, lights on both sides of the bed. TV was clear and had plenty of channels . Shower were big . The shower and the sink has faucets designed for the handicapped. Towels were very clean and fluffy. A bar of soap was placed on the shower seat and on the sink. Many outlets are around the room for convenience including one by the bathroom mirror. Pet friendly, lots of grassy areas for my chihuahua. Overall we had a great stay and will be staying again if I'm in the San Bernardino area.

The room was clean, lights on both sides of the bed with outlets and a USB outlet under each light. Many outlets are around the room for convenience including one by the bathroom mirror. Pet friendly, lots of grassy areas for my chihuahua. COFFEE in the morning was a plus, Thank you Great place!!!

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable and someone had some bomb smelling weed they were smokiing outside. I was hoping to bump into whoever was smoking because I haven't even smelled that kind stuff for years now and not ever in the IE. That did not happen but it would have been a dream come true. Just the smell was heaven 3rd floor.

The bathroom door could have been an actual door with a handle and the bathroom could use a fan. Also the light switch was shady there was no cover on it. It just was patched in the wall. The bed could use a real bedspread. It had a under the comforter fuzzy brown blanket.

The desk clerk that helped me was awesome, trying to get us squared away as early as possible and where we wanted. She made sure that we were good with our accommodations and followed up on services. She was super busy but still was able to recall my name and make me feel like a valued customer. after the upgrade they made rooms are 10 star. Customer service IS. It was closest place to concert venue. Simple digs, clean, and temp controlled. It was kind of warm in the room. Although the area in town has its issues, I had no problem here. Free coffee in morning!

I came here a couple of years ago and the rooms look so much nicer now the upgraded rooms are nicely done! The staff is always so nice and respectful, very strict but I love that cause it makes the property so peaceful they don't let anyone hang out the rooms make sure their no smoke in the non-smoking areas. They give you a list of things that can get you deposit not returned I appreciated that cause I knew exactly what not to do to ensure I got my deposit back this place is very informative and I will definitely be coming back!!

I had an amazing experience with the front desk staff at Motel 6 .From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and valued. Check-in was quick and seamless, and he went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests. The staff was not only professional but also incredibly friendly, offering local recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s rare to find such a warm and attentive front desk / team, and I’ll definitely be staying here again because of their exceptional service!!!!

Off top office staff at the front desk she was very kind very friendly I wasn't having the best day and my kids were off the walls n everywhere else I had the worst of luck with pricing till I showed up here n the room Wow talk about spacious me and my three kids are staying here n I gotta say I've never been so relaxed clean bedding clean towels felt good to come in and shower in a quiet relaxing environment kids are loving it as well thank u so much definitely recommending

It's always clean and the employees are all wonderful there and it's always clean. The rooms have always been very clean and smell great too .. When you first come through the doors it's a nice feeling you get about staying here .. The biggest thing for me that is a huge help to me is that they are very pet friendly. You can bring your best friend with you and don't have to pay an arm and a leg to have them with you..

This Motel was great. Being under renovations the rooms look amazing, it has definitely grown. Price is reasonable, rooms are cozy, the property really quiet and peaceful and you’re pretty much surrounded by everything and freeway access is near by. You can’t go by what I’m saying, just stay there and see for yourself. Motel 6 I appreciate the service you gave when I stayed here. You’ll definitely be having me as a customer again.
