The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that it had a microwave and refrigerator. I liked the close proximity to the highway and that I was able to go out of the door without going into the lobby. The area was well lit with lots of security cameras. Even though people were next door, it was quiet. I would stay here again

It could use some updating. The carpet had spots on it. The bed spread and blanket was not clean and had spots of blood on it. Could update the duvet covers/bedspreads and perhaps hardwood floors. The lamps had a little dust on them and I would prefer a recliner that is not fabric.

Very courteous, helpful and personable staff at front desk every day. Much appreciated. Room was comfortable, really what we were expecting -- not fancy, but perfectly fine for our week's visit in Winston-Salem. Bed mattress seemed slightly uneven, more comfortable on one side than the other. Not a big deal. Breakfast also about what we'd expect for a general-purpose chain motel/hotel. Thanks for making sure we had decaf coffee and teas. Cereal, juice very good. The swimming pool was nice too. And -- this was important -- the place is pet-friendly. Our little dog liked it.

Nothing in particular. Someone fussier than we are might want a new mattress. We had no problems with anything during our stay.

The Night Audit lady was sweet, friendly, and thoughtful! I had to book a room at the last minute, due to an hungry housing sit. that I care not to go into. Out of it, she was very caring and having worked retail and hospitality ( that's my field, ha! ) it was refreshing to see a front desk agent how has customer service pre-pandemic levels! Bless her! She was amazing!

Only the fact that there was a 100 dollar deposit, but they didn't state that on booking.com! No biggie! Otherwise pretty solid hotel :)

The room space, cleanliness, still offers smoking rooms & good prices. The location is walking distance to the mall & restaurants.

I don't like that the smoking rooms are broken down & we are charge an incidental fee of a $100, even though it's refunded.I've stayed in several different rooms, front side, back side, upstairs, downstairs they are clean but it always something that's broken/doesn't work. The smoking rooms should be updated like the non-smoking.

Great location to the hospital where my assignment was. This particular trip someone knocked on my door late at night. They never identified themselves after me asking several times. I immediately called the front desk and the lovely lady at the desk immediately came to my door to check. In addition, she called me in my room to let me know, whoever it was, was not there. She assured me she would keep watch, as she could see my room on camera and from the office. An immediate sigh of relief and comfort knowing someone had my back while I slept comfortably. Thanks so much! It meant the world to me, especially as a female solo travel nurse. Definitely will be back!

The staff was very nice and attentive. Kristy at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The TV in our room was not working so she worked with us so we could stay next to family members that was having surgery and she had the maintenance man to come within 30 minutes to fix it. We told her we was fine without a. TV but she wanted to make sure we had one! We was truly blessed to have her working when we was there! The maintenance man was so nice and very fast at getting everything fixed. I didn’t get his name though.

The breakfast was awesome. My problem is that the person who worked in the breakfast area would not turn the lights on so it was pretty dark. When you're not familiar with things are it's kind of hard to find where things are. My opinion is the person working there should always have the lights on and people shouldn't have to ask him. The guy at the front desk on one day lectured me about how he (or the hotel) would prefer that I go to booking.com so that he could do other things for which he gets paid for. The next day he was extremely polite.

Need lights put on in the breakfast area.

Room was very clean from other locations we've stayed. Clean linen and comfortable in BB n m .,mmm.,amenities.

/Sorry did not try the breakfast due to travel requirements had us traveling as soon as got up. INSUFFICIENT towels and wash clothes for us to get showers. Needed to get moving very quickly as we needed to be at end destination. When we woke up. We had to watch one car to ensure the repairs for the top of line car.

I was extremely pleased with Tom whom I had read many good things about in reviews other guest had written. Tom is truly one of a kind. He knows his job and takes pride in being kind, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. I really was appreciative of such excellent customer service and did I say great humor. Trust the reviews when you read them concerning Tom. They are true. Additionally, I believe the front desk representatives name was Christy (I think) but she was totally awesome as well. She was kind, helpful, very knowledgeable and definitely an asset. Please continue to attract these type of quality workers and Quality Inn & Suites will flourish. Thanks guys!!!

No elevator, did not have the normal breakfast they used to serve, and our bathroom commode did not flush.

Very pleased with the room; the bed was great; we had what appeared to be a handicapped bathroom, which was great. I liked the chair, which was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the Copntinental breakfast
