This is a hotel for me to go whenever I Visit Cincinnati. I stayed at this hotel at least 4 or 5 times . The front desk manager Mr Unsal is one of the reason I kept going back. He is super friendly, down to earth and take good care of you if you need anything. For example two weeks ago I was there during the snow storm. All the shops were closed around hotel. I realized he was serving food in the evening to the guest since there was no option for people to buy food. He didn't have to do that but that was very kind of him. The hotel is by the Kenwood Mall, location is very convenient and there are restaurants and shops around it. It's clean and well maintained. There's an outdoor pool for the nice weather days, gym, 24 hours Expresso machine with different coffee options, plus regular coffee/tea station. Breakfast is always great. With my several experiences at this hotel, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cincinnati.

Nice appearance from the exterior. Interior clean and nicely decorated. Perk of having a traffic light at the entrance. Easy of into and out of the parking lot

Elevator seemed a little shaky and may need some maintenance. The control panel inside was loose. We stayed here a year ago in 2023 and still not corrected. It’s 2024. Noted the signs that remodel has started. There was an ugly stain on the floor by the bed. Room 313. Looked like blood.

Large room, comfortable bed (this is always a good thing) At most hotels, I complain the the breakfast provided doesn't work for me, as I am lactose intolerant. None of the hotels I have stayed at have plant-based milk for breakfast, so I can't have dry cereal with milk for breakfast. But ... Best Western Hannaford Inn & Suites had almond milk!! That was fantastic, I had some cereal with almost milk, loved it ... but there's more to the story, see below.

Parking lot kind of small and crowded, I returned after dark one night and there was only one space left, way in the back. Regarding the plant-based milk which made me so happy my first morning there, my second morning at the hotel, there was none. I asked the attendant, he looked around, and couldn't find any. FAIL.

Tamara who work the front desk check me in she was so professional excellent customer service. Throughout my stay I had a few special things that I requested just because I had my 5-year-old grandson with me the accommodated me the whole staff was so very nice pillows very fluffy bed so comfy everything was great. If I had to say anything it would be that to maintenance the pool area better they have a grill which I would have loved to use but it hadn't been cleaned in Forever and they have the kitchenette but there are no dishes.

I felt very safe great location right by Kenwood Mall once again the staff was amazing Tamara in my opinion set the atmosphere at the very beginning to have an excellent stay

We booked a King suite. The room had a sitting room, small kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. The walk shower was a great size. The room was comfortable and met our needs. Breakfast options were great and the front desk staff were very friendly.

We did not realize that we would not get housekeeping daily. I had to go to the front desk every night and ask for clean towels .

The breakfast was fantastic - lots of choices. The hotel was clean and situated close to the highway and shopping center. Our room was recently updated with vinyl flooring, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom with shower.

There was only one elevator which took a long time to access and the laundry facility was closed for the entire duration of our stay. There were no ice machines on floors 2, 3 or 4 which meant using the elevator to access the only one on the first floor. The front desk staff were friendly but unprofessional at check in and check out. I lost my $100 incidental deposit because the staff person was uncertain as to how to reverse the charges to my debit card.

The facility was great. The meal manager was very friendly and the food was delicious. It was a joy meeting the sweetest front desk clerk who got to experience snow the night we checked in. So much fun.

The coffee pot in our room had not been emptied from the previous guest. The bathroom toilet water kept running after flushing longer than expected.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We needed to change the television input to HDMI- went to ask the front desk how to do that on our way to the pool. The receptionist explained how to do it and then told us she would do it herself while we were at the pool. We got back and it was all taken care of. The breakfast every morning was hot and delicious; kitchen staff was great about replenishing the foods that were running low. All in all, wonderful stay.

I love the location for me and the reasons we go to the area.

I have stayed here a few times now and this was the most I have paid for the same level room. Mostly a good stay again but the hotel was much more noisy at night then the previous visits. Maybe it was a little busier this time, maybe was something else. It also seems a little unkept but they do say they are undergoing renovations.

the suite was incredible... plenty of room , will definitely book again

the couch in the suite was very very low to the ground...us old 60yr people could not possibly get up from that low couch...i had to sit on 2 pillows to even use it....need to put a regular normal couch in there...PLEASE also the kitchen area was great but it would be great if you would provide paper plates, napkins, and even plastic spoons and forks...it would not cost you a lot and it would make it fantastic for your guest...
