Breakfast was good, but could have some alternative options and add a little fiber (veggies like onions and peppers) with the potatoes or have make an omllette station. Most options were not very healthy and there was no option for lactose-intolerant or gluten-free people. I like the filtered water station in the gym and the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable!

pool was under maintenance and gym didn't have any cleaning wipes to wipe down machines.

Th hotel is huge, so it is quiet for the most part. The bed was large and comfy and the room was relatively clean.

The parking lot is a bit sketchy and there is basically no guarantee you will be able to see your vehicle from your room.

The food met my minimum standards. I missed milk and hot chocolate. I did not appreciate paper plates.

I was on the second floor. The elevators took forever to come to you. The stairway would not let me back into the first floor, so it said. I didn't try it. What's with that? The room was at 60 degrees when I got into it. The shower head mount was broken, the mast for the hand held thing was pulled out of the wall at the bottom. I put the mounting screw back in the hole, but it was not anchored, and bitched to the front desk considering you might keep my $50 deposit for room damage. And the room was cleaned BEFORE I checked out. I had planned on relaxing in the room for a bit before I headed home, but didn't want to mess up the room. Hopefully I had taken ALL of my stuff earlier.

Beautiful pool, good breakfast, lots of free parking, good mattress, nice pillows on the bed, updated bathroom, exceptional value for the nightly rate when booked through the hotel itself.

Ceiling tiles out in the pool area, towels in pool area very poor quality (needed more than one to dry off), shower in men's shower room at the pool didn't work, some outside lights looking like they might tip over, "curb appeal" a bit shabby and blah, toilet in our room didn't always flush right, light in the bathroom was VERY dim--almost impossible to put on makeup in it.

this is usually a great hotel, but this particular weekend had some type of gathering or convention inside the hotel which made it super crowded and the elevators stopped working completely some people got stuck on them and it left me waiting a long time just for one

The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. One clothes dryer was iut of order the other was being used I was frazzled as it was our check out day I was told to ask Kim in housekeeping to help. She dried my clothes and folded them. WOW. I liked that a day we went out the desk clerk, was getting off work when we returned from our outing .He remembered where we went and asked if we had fun. He walked back in on his way out just to acknowledge us.

Silly but a bag of microwave popcorn, $3 seemed a bit .The first day, the closest elevator was broke. Pool opening inconsistent. I believe this place has a lot of potential it is obviously older and needs tlc.

We enjoy our short stay at this hotel. It was clean and we felt very safe. The bed was comfortable and bathroom roomy. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was included in our price and we enjoyed it. The Keurig in the room was great (two regular and two decaf pods plus a couple of tea bags were provided). Also, there was plenty of free parking.

Very minor items: 1) one of the two main elevators was out of order, 2) we had high hopes for the large specialty coffee machine near the bar area in the lobby but everything we made was very watery. They probably just needed to refill it.

The breakfast was surprisingly complete and tasty. The location of the hotel felt safe. The staff was polite and helpful. The exercise room had well-working treadmills. I like the hotel size ~ large enough to walk around in but not so big to be overwhelming.

Bathing was a bit tricky. There was no stopper for the bathtub ~ which was very short. And, to have hot water, the sink's hot water faucet needed to be turned on. Odd. Also, the room was missing a microwave.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out of CLE the next morning. The room was nice and staff was friendly. Before booking, I called to confirm that they had free long term parking and airport shuttle. Upon arriving we found out that you’re kind of at the mercy of whether they have a shuttle driver scheduled during the day/time you need. Fortunately they did both directions for us.

The shuttle logistics seem a little unpredictable but we’re happy it worked out.

The hotel was big and had a lot to offer, the continental breakfast was great!

The bed had what looked like possibly blood on the comforter. The sheets were also stained. But the front desk promptly fixed the issue. The pool wasnt as clean as we hoped
