Close to the college, the continental breakfast is always great. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Staff were super friendly. Great view of the mountains. Room was super clean. Shower worked great. I always stay here when I visit my daughter. Highly recommended!

You can hear everything in hallway. Doors shutting hard early in the morning. Our room was right next to the ice machine. So you heard that early in morning. Need lights when going up the hill to the hotel for at night.

The noise. Ice machine too close to rooms Can hear the persons alarm go off at 5:00 am in the morning for an hour or longer! That was very annoying. And cleaning service/fresh towels every 3rd day is not a good thing. Especially for people walking the Grand Canyon trials .

First, when you first walk in it has a smell. Not pleasant. made us say “oh no!” But the room didn’t smell, so all good! Second, They had a lot of construction workers that stayed there and they drug in a lot of dirt/mud, we were there from Wednesday evening until Saturday morning and not one time was the floor in the hallways swept/cleaned. If I had showed up once that was already there it may have given me a bad first impression, but since it started out clean it was a good first impression. The friendly staff helped that!! From the front desk girl to the housekeeping to the maintenance man, they were all so nice and friendly!

It is convenient to where we need to be. It was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was not acceptable. There was no coffee and no eggs when we got there. When I informed the girl she rolled her eyes and stomped off. 27 minutes later I asked if we would see any coffee or eggs. She responded with a umm hummmm. No words. And now the bacon was gone.

It was pet friendly. When checking in I didn’t know there were “pet” room and Mary at the front desk was great!! She was also able to answer a question I had considering my visit. We checked out early and Mary was at the front desk. Again she was great!!! She was friend, nice and helpful. So thank you Mary.

a door on the room would have been nice but then unfortunately you don't get the AC. a curtain for privacy by the sick would be nice for changing. a stool in shower for shaving legs

The breakfast was very good and well supplied. I enjoyed the eggs and ham. The attendant kept everything well stocked and clean. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. I will be back again. When I drove up, there were a lot of pickup trucks parked, so I thought "a lot of noise", but the facility was very quiet!

My room had an older smell but was cleared by the a/c.

We are Vegan so we brought our own breakfast but were allowed to use the breakfast room. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was very clean. Our room was very comfortable with a large refrigerate. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying there the next time we are up in the area.

It was convenient to our travel plans. The front desk associates were helpful for getting us to a place to dine. The room was comfortable with places to store our belongings for four days. It was clean and secure. The breakfast was a good mix of food.

We asked for a view of the mountains, since that was what was advertised. Our view was of the rooms across from us. Replenish the food more frequently.

The layout of the hotel is very confusing. Poorly designed. It would not affect me from staying there in the future, I know what to expect. The bar should offer light snacks. You have a skills machine, and we overheard the bartender say she can't pay out anything over $100???? We're not sure if that means we'd have to go to the front desk or not. You should allow patrons to sit in front of the machine if they are not playing it. There were plenty of other seats at the bar and tables.
