The location was centrally located to shopping and restaurants with easy access to Pittsburgh. The staff were very helpful and kind. I appreciated their responsiveness to my needs. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay there and will be happy to return.

More gluten free options at breakfast would be nice for those of us with food allergies, but that tends to be a Hilton thing not a hotel specific thing.

The front desk staff (Elli, Nashaya, Bindi and Jennifer) were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was in good shape and in a good location. The breakfast was great.

It was hard to control the temperature in the room. The thermostat does not work like any I am used to. At a certain temperature it automatically goes from a/c to heat. It was too cold at night but when i would turn up the thermostat it would put heat on. Also, the room doors shut by themselves and are very loud at night.

It was very clean and the location was perfect. The pool was clean and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was delicious. Ac worked perfectly. Pretty view too. Everyone was friendly and I felt safe. Loved the two giant windows. The bed was the softest bed. Amazing. Great place for a night to get away. Close to casino and outlets and many restaurants.

Our room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great and the location to the casino was excellent! Loved the pool and hot tub also.

The shower was not working right in our bathroom. When pulling the stopper up on the faucet, it did not completely convert the water to the shower so there was very little water coming from the shower head.

I think the hotel corresponds to its price, the room is clean and without unpleasant smells, the pool is working, the breakfast could be better but it will do)

the building itself is not quite new, especially the pool area, I would like to see a new renovation, but for this price there is nothing to complain about

I can't say enough about how enjoyable our weekend was! Tanesha was so personable and went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met. Breakfast was WONDERFUL! 10/10 experience.

There was really nothing to complain about! Maybe additional vending machines on each floor?

Very welcoming staff and very inviting entrance. The rooms were huge and had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable and the rooms were perfectly dark and quiet

The only 1 thing I would say is the shower was out of soap but that is so minor hardly worth mentioning

The staff was respectful, professional and helpful. Also, there was a fire alarm that went off. The staff stayed calm and also kept the guests calm. They had it checked out by the Fire Company and all was clear. Everything was done correctly during and after the alarm. This makes me also feel safe to come back to this hotel.

There is NOTHING that I could say here. We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

The rooms were big and comfortable. The lady that was staffing the breakfast bar was wonderful and the girls at the front desk were very helpful. I am sorry, I didn’t get their names.

It said it was within walking distance to the casino, well if you wanted to walk a lot that day!!! We couldn’t watch the football game on a local channel.

The location was wonderful because it didn't take us off the route to Florida that we were on. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a King Suite- really lovely accommodations. The breakfast was nice- standard fare for complimentary breakfasts. Enough variety to get us fed and on the road to continue our journey.

There really was nothing that we did not like...maybe add some bacon to the breakfast;-)
