I love the location! So many restaurants and shopping centers around. Next door in walking distance is a Cinemark movie theater, and a Shopping Mall 6 mins away. The lobby was nice to lounge in with a coffee station available 24 hours. Another great thing is that if you download their app, you can check in and check out ahead of time without going to the front desk and using your phone as a keyless entry to your room.

The fact that breakfast wasn't included in the price of the stay was a huge disappointment, especially since it was a Hilton Hotel. They did have a small cafe where they would make breakfast to order, but it was a charge of $15 for adults and $5.00 for kids. They also had in the lobby a snack stand that provided different snacks and fruits and drinks, but yet again, it's a cost.

When I booked the reserveration, thought it would be complimentary. I was not, so decided to go elsewhere.

there was a $3.97 fee for parking. However, the entrance to the hotel had two sizeable pot holes that could easily damage a vehicle somewhat or bust tires. Staff stated it was up to higher management to deal with this as the drive way was not strictly there's but shared with other tenents. At a glance, anyone could see that the damages or fixing the pot holes should not be costly. It will, however, cost significantly more if left un-attended.

Your staff and environment was great. Staff was made readily available at all times. No one was missing at the front desk at any time. I would return.

The fees on the rooms. Not being able to apply my honors credits on this stay to my original honors acct. lack of lobby work spaces. the front entry door kept getting stuck. and the smell of natural gas as you walk in.

the front desk associate was very rude and dishonest. she told me no rooms were available at 3pm which is check in. mind you I had a reservation. when I mentioned I was a gold member for the Hilton she immediately said there’s a room ready and put me in a room smaller than the one on my reservation. my husband went back to the lobby and saw how nice she was to another couple. he told her the situation and the manager came in and was very nice and fixed the situation. thank god for her.

The breakfast was good, probably as good as it gets short of a cooked to order meal.

You know I was shocked at how vicious the mosquitoes were down there dammit, outside for 10 minutes I was tore up. As far as what is applicable to you I can't think of anything.

I think the breakfast buffet was too expensive for the type of food it had, I mean, just scramble eggs and cold potatoes... ! I have stayed in hotels where you do your own waffles and cereal, and they do the eggs as you want to, for less $ and really good.. that is the only thing we didn't like!

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The room was a great size for my family.

Wish the lunch and dinner options were available. I wish the bed was more comfortable. The mattress was hard.

As always the staff recognized me and meet all my needs with friendly faces and awesome attitudes.

Pillows there always wore out and to soft.

The staff was very friendly and she welcomed us even before we made it to the check-in counter. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was very quiet, which is amazing for most hotels that I've stayed at in the past. The check-in process was quick and easy. The location is easy to get to as it is right on SPID. There are also many options for food nearby on both sides of SPID and even a movie theater close by. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I's not a deal breaker for me, but if I had to pick one thing it would be that the breakfast is not include in the price. But, I also don't always eat the hotel breakfast. The price they wanted was more than what the local diner charges for a really good breakfast. I would still recommend this hotel as paying for the breakfast might be a great option for some. It's just my personal assessment only. Don't let it keep you away.

Janie at the front who checked us in was so nice and accommodated our needs. So pleasant. Location is central or nearby a lot of restaraunts.
