When you walk into the lobby, everything smells and looks clean. When you walk into your room, you feel at home with everything you need. I was pleasantly surprised with enough towels, toiletries, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, cups, etc without having to ask for a thing. I also love that they check in on you via text to make sure your stay is on point. Friendly staff, bartender, what more can you ask for!? Cambria Appleton is my favorite thus far! Chicago Cambria is pretty sweet as well. 😊

It was nice that there’s a restaurant on site; would be even nicer if they had room service, but they did allow a kind of “take-out,” where you could order from the restaurant and then take the food up to your room. It was quiet. The room was beautifully laid out, with a bed, divided sitting room area, and then the bathroom. There was plenty of good lighting, which is certainly not always the case in hotels. The bed was comfortable. There was a separate seating area and a desk, with electrical outlets conveniently located. There was a generously sized closet. The location was convenient, for my purposes. The price was generous for the value they delivered.

Room service, with the food being delivered, would be nice. But where do you get that anymore? I am not a frequent traveler, and no one explained to me how the key cards work (although I’ll admit there are instructions on the back of the card, where I didn’t think to look). Honestly, I have no complaints.

I liked the staff. The modern look was nice. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Well ... over all for the price, it was good. But being a builder ....the wallpaper in my room was literally taped up... that was tacky. The sheer curtain was ripped down the middle, very obvious. There was someone else's socks on the floor next to the desk. The couch was very...stained. once again, great staff and price was fair. But I felt this hotel plays fancy but it's not. Maybe you just bought it and are going to renovate. These are small things but very important.

I really like staying here because it’s super convenient location to visiting family and feels more upscale. (But I can only afford it on the off season. Once summer hits it’s too expensive for us!) Staff is great and very professional and friendly. Room size was nice, clean, & bed comfy. The shower also had very nice water pressure.

1) pullout couch sunk too far when you sat on it—hard to get off. Also, a very wonky floor lamp that I tried to fix but was still very wobbly. Better to have none than one that might fall on me! 2) Continental breakfast was OK, but I’ve never seen one that didn’t include cereal or hot water for tea or oatmeal. It would be a simple add-on. 3) There was maintenance on our floor, which is fine, but many items were left out that stuck out into the hallway. Unsightly.

Your breakfast options are boring. There is no way for a piece of toast. Not everyone enjoys sweets for breakfast. If you offer yogurt, why not a piece of toast. Bread is one of the cheapest things and you charge $2. Come on!!! you sent me a text about housekeeping. The ladies do a great job, just don’t ask them to freshen your room. The looks were enough to realize that I had asked for something usual. But I must say they did a good job of freshening. Thank you

I liked the fact that the king bed room was divided, So i could watch t.v. and my fiance could watch his own t.v.. i also liked the bathroom. It was spacious. And had this little nook in the back of the bathroom for a towel waiting.

I didnt like how skimpy the breakfast was. I thought for as nice as the hotel was they would at least have hot food such as eggs and sausage or something other than just a waffle. Also i thought they would have a regular juice dispenser like alot of hotels have but they only had hospital orange juice containers. No other kind of juice (i.e. apple or cranberry)

Clean hotel and room. The room was very roomy. Staff was very nice when needed which was only check-in and a question about the pool. Also a great location if you are in the area for soccer tournaments!

Cracked window in the room, blinds were off the track and even when fixed didn't block the light very good in the morning and the AC didn't seem to work unless you put the fan to always on vs auto. Pool and hot tub are both pretty small but seems clean.

Location was very convenient to our destination. Facilities were nice - well maintained & clean. Helpful, friendly staff.

The breakfast could have used some more options. The pool is very small. Both the fridge and AC unit in our room were louder than average.

Everything at this property is top-notch location, cleanliness, staff. They were all very helpful and accommodating. I will be going back and this is where I will be staying!!

Wonderful staff, so warm and welcoming. Anything we needed they went out of their way to provide. Holly tge housekeeper and cindy the bartender are so wonderful.
