The area is very quiet day and night. Good public transport is nearby. The apartment's well equipped and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had very little contact with staff but those we met were helpful and friendly.

Whilst it was great to stay in such a quiet apartment the location was essentially a business park.. There is a TV but this has no channels whatsoever. We were told in an email message to bring our own cables to stream from a laptop etc (not something we would travel with).

I like the fact that I was able to arrive and leave at any time without wondering about the keys. The appartment was clean and well equiped. Besides, it was well located (near tramway station and food shops). The sport and entertainement rooms were as expected.

I would have prefer to have a host easier to contact, for instance to change the towels and bed linens: I was only able to meet someone between 7am and 8am, between Monday and Friday, which is not the most convenient schedule when we are working.

Very good aparthotel in Aarhus with a reasonable price. The hotel is located 30 minutes by tram (L2 line) from the Train station and 10 min from the Tram station. Around the hotel are the university, hospital, and offices. 15 min away from the hotel is a nice nature - meadows, and fields. The area is good for morning jogging. The hotel is new, the room is "fresh". The room is a good size, enough for two people, even for a long stay. The room is equipped with a small kitchen, all dishes are included. Fridge. Big TV screen. In the room is a big heater installed, should be comfortable during winter. Inside the hotel, you can use the gym, small, but with a number of gym equipment. As well as laundry service is available. Few meeting rooms could be used for work. In front of the hotel parking lots are available.

Low noise insulation from the street.

The apartment was perfect for what I needed (1 month stay). I felt completely at home and was able to relax and be comfortable. The temperature of the room was easy to control and the the small touches like lamps for reading and dimmer lights made relaxing in the evening very easy. The facilities were great, washing machines, dryers, as well as common areas with pool table, darts etc. The location is fine, very close to the Letbane tram stop and various bus routes, and therefore so easy to get around. But the location isn’t in the city centre, so might not be ideal for some visitors.

The instructions to retrieve the key to the room were spot on. However, we were a bit confused with where to enter the door code. There is a big fire alarm box to the right of entry door that we initially thought was the place to enter the door code. But quickly realized that the door code pad was to the left side of the entry door. The keys were inside the lock box in the basement, as described. The property manager was EXTREMELY helpful and answered all our questions prior to arrival. Overall, we had an excellent experience at this property and would highly recommend. It is outside the old city but we had a car, so no problem. I think there is a train stop in the near area for those without a car.

We were in Apt. 8 and I think that instruction on where to find apartment 8 could have been better communicated. Single digit rooms are location outside the building. And, apartment 8 was actually in the back of the building. It was a bit confusing at night. We wandered around for a long time trying to find the room and had to ask other guests where our room was, which no one knew. Room in the front of the building are odd numbers, room in the rear of the building are even numbers.

It's comfortable, convenient and good value. It was good to be able to cook our food rather than go to restaurants every night. Transportation to the town centre was convenient.

The only problem we had was a booking.com problem. They didn't send the correct information we needed to check in and get our keys. It isn't a hotel with a reception desk so you need a code to get your key from a box. Booking.com didn't send us the right code. But nice people at the place helped us and all was fine.

Quiet, clean and has everything required for a comfy stay. It is not right in the centre but there is good transport links with the tram stop just a 2 minute walk way.

You don’t really see any staff, I didn’t have any problems but if you did I don’t know how easy it would be to get in contact with them.

An Excellent well equipped apartment that is good value for money.

They need to sort out the check in system. I had a long phone call to get my drop box number even after writing repeated emails. I later noticed other guests having the same issues. There are no staff on site so please message people with the details before they arrive.

Super clean, good appliances, easy access, and very quiet building.

Tv could be updated (netflix and other apps not available), helps a lot for longer stays.

Key information was not transmitted on time; Booking.com help desk did forward it to me, so I had only a 20 minute delay getting into the flat.

No answer on facilities numbers on weekends!
