Very good for staying with kids. Lego blocks, colouring pages when dining. Nice breakfast. Location is perfect when you have an early flight back, there is 2 min walk to aeroport. I've read some complaints about floating bathroom and was a bit scared about it, but our was ok. Room not too big, but it was enough for 2 of us. Friendly staff. Nice area outside the hotel. We loved watching planes landing and leaving. There are only 1-2 bus stops to Legoland or Lego house. Just on Sunday we waited a lot for the bus when coming back to the hotel, but it wasn't a big problem.

There is some noise from planes, but you can buy earplugs in the hotel. During the night it didn't disturb us at all. But I guess when it is hot, noise can be a problem, cause with open window there would be too loud and there is no conditioning in the rooms.

No noise from the planes, clean & well kept room. We did see there was a shuttle bus but it was a 5min walk at most but handy if you have a lot of luggage. Staff dealt with a room issue very quickly and every member of staff were very pleasant and friendly. We had a pizza, which was really nice. Food is available 24-7 so no worries if landing late/ early and we saw there is an option of having breakfast a lot earlier than normal hotels (3/4am I think).

We called to check we had booked a room with a full sized 2nd bed & was told yes it would be. On arrival, it was a much smaller fold down bed for smaller children & my tall 11yr old wouldn't fit. It was dealt with quickly but after a long day travelling, it was inconvenient.

I usually don't stay in airport hotels because they make me feel like I'm on the move, but this time we didn't really have a choice and i was positively surprised. The hotel felt almost homely, it's kind of just the right size and you could tell Legoland is not far away because the hotel was truly considering children with the bunk beds and the Legos on the table and even some pens and paper for drawing. The food was a small menu but exactly what you need. The staff was super nice. And the location great. I would definitely stay again and I don't say that often.

It's a minor thing but I had asked for the bottom bed and not the bunk bed because my daughter is only 2 and can't sleep up there, but we easily changed the bed around ourselves and moved the bedding down to the futon so it wasn't a problem.

The hotel is at the airport, conveniently located close to public transport. In the period July and August, there was a free shuttle bus to Legoland and other interesting points in Billund. Legoland can anyway be reached also with a 25-30 minutes walk, in summer, when we were there, quite pleasant. The room was a bit small and essential, but very comfortable, the beds in particular, and we had a big TV which we used to relax after a day in Legoland. The reception offers coffee, food, and snacks essentially at any time at reasonable prices. Also comparing with other places in Billund, the cost of the room was very convenient. We would come back.

The only thing is that the shower is directly on the floor. There is no shower plate, so the bathroom gets wet after one takes a shower.

The hotel is very welcoming. The common areas are equipped with bowls of lego blocks at every table, which our son loved playing with (and so did we!). The hotel has a great location and all the staff were very helpful. Breakfast is great, it starts extremely early and ends late, with a nice selection of foods and constantly refilling of the breakfast buffet. We used the city shuttle bus to travel to the centre and back which was very convenient and stopped right in front of the hotel (make sure to check the shuttle timetable and operational periods, as otherwise it's almost an hour walk from the centre)

While the hotel is very comfortable, it lacks in certain areas. There is only one elevator in the hotel, which results in some waiting times at particular times of the day. In addition to this, while food is available 24/7 through the day, food options are limited, and consists mainly of pastas, burgers and pizzas; which all seem to be re-heated meals rather than freshly cooked. Would have preferred to find healthier options. Another plus to the hotel would be to have at least a chair and a small mini fridge in the room; traveling with kids sometimes requires to travel with medication, and particular foods.

- Friendly and helpful staff. - Great location: 5-minute walk to the airport, with an amazing view of planes landing and taking off! - Convenient city shuttle bus made it easy to reach all the attractions in minutes. - Good breakfast served from 3:00 to 11:00. - Plenty of Lego bricks for both children and adults to play with on all the tables. - Two small meeting rooms with TVs available for free use.

1. The rooms didn't have an iron; you had to use a shared ironing facility in the luggage room. Not a big deal, but a bit unusual. 2. No tea/coffee maker in the room, and you couldn't get tea/coffee for free in the lobby either. Again, not a major issue, but room for improvement.

Great value for money. Good location: easy to get to Legoland/ Lalandia/ Billund Centre, as well as Vejle. The room was comfy, practical & with the necessary amenities. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant terrace was a nice spot to watch planes take off. The breakfast was delicious, with loads of options. And it was great to have Lego bricks around the restaurant & at the hotel entrance.

There were some black body hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived, as well as a bit of food on the room floor. And it would have been lovely to have a mini fridge in the room.

The place was exactly as we expected. Very good experience. We read in booking.com under the comments (Breakfast) in the quick section that the breakfast was from 7-11 am and when we showed up at 10 am we find out it's closing. We explained in reception and were given the opportunity to eat anyways. It was very kind and understandable of them. We appreciated it a lot.

We noticed when we are in bed that instead of 3 duvet covers we had only 2! This was dissapointing. We were too tired to go request one at reception and I slightly surprised that if we were 3 people checking in, we were only offered in the room 2 duvets and 2 towels. The TV could not connect to the network and we could not login to my personal account of Netflix (eventhough it was in the remote control) when we asked for help in the reception to connect to my personal connection. they couldn't even help with that. Didn't terribly cared but some of details could have been nice.

Cozy hotel right next to the Billund airport - 5 minutes walk from the airport and 20 minutes to Legoland. Great for families with kids. Next to the hotel is also a big parking lot P1 where you can leave your rental 🚗. Check in: The hotel has both regular and self-service check-in. There are three kiosks to do so - creating your own key cards is an interesting activity for kids, highly recommended. Breakfast: Plenty of choices with many organic options. Fresh pancakes is a must have ❤️. ☕ is excellent, offering many types including cappuccino or espresso . Thanks a latte! 😎 Diet restrictions are considered, just mention it during booking and you ask the friendly staff in the morning. #glutenfree Check-out: online or offline, very smooth. 🏧 In front of the hotel - however during our whole stay in Denmark we were always able to pay #contactless with card/🍏 pay/Google pay/Garmin pay. So you don't really need any cash in 🇩🇰.

Once the days were more warmer, the room was very hot - no A/C.

Airport hotel, 5 minutes walk from terminal building. Small room with 4 beds (one upper bunk) shoe horned into compact rooms. Big TV, clean, plenty of towels and pillows (usually a problem for us!) and a good breakfast with lots of choice (hot and cold). Very friendly staff, all speaking excellent English and being very helpful.

Rooms were a little small for the three of us. The shower was essentially the whole bathroom as the entire floor got wet during use. Good job we had lots of towels for subsequent clean up! Pricey, but then again we were in the Lego capital of the world in high season!!
