Its a theme hotel and perfect for kids. Really its just perfect. They have lego everywhere and there is a playground outside. Its safe and clean. For parents its easy to go here as there are plenty of activities and the breakfast is very kid friendly. Rooms are also kid friendly with lego and separate tv for the kids.

The whole checkin experience is dreadfull as its automated so you do not get any personal welcome. Its really sad to see, as they do earn enough to have a normal check-in. Instead they focus on automatic check-in and the person behind the counter can assist but does not initiate contact unless spoken to. It was also sad to see that they did not serve dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, we had to go to hotel legoland, just next door to have dinner. It was perfectly okay, but a lot more expensive. Really, a lot more expensive....

We were a family of five and slept in the 4-bed knight room with an extra futon, which was an OK solution for one night. Kids loved the treasure hunt as well as the photoshoot with the knight and the princess in the morning. Personnel was kind and professional everywhere in the hotel, and the breakfast was great.

There is lego everywhere in the hotel, as it should be! But somehow, all the kids eventually ended up playing videogames, packed in the corner of the restaurant... I guess I would appreciate for the kids to be more "offline" when I take them to Legoland and would consider to take the consoles away.

An amazing overall experience, I would say it is a must for everyone visiting Legoland to spend at least one night here. Wonderful and unique atmosphere, created by many small details, beautiful interior, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Very helpful staff. Located very conveniently just across the street from Legoland main entrance.

Breakfast was good, but selection was rather limited. Inside of the hotel looks amazing, outdoors feels a bit lacking. Very pricey.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great space. Very clean. Food was refilled promptly. Tables cleared promptly. Little black bins are a great idea. Bedrooms were very cool. Very clean. Spacious for 4. Well equipped. Loved having a fridge to store water.

A playroom for children without Nintendo switch. Something like what Windsor has in the Legoland hotel resort. This was a big hit for our family when we visited Windsor in 2023

Oh, this was the perfect stay! Great place, great hotel. We booked the knight room and it was perfect. When you enter the hotel you are entering the castle.. It is just perfect. Of course, it is very expensive but it worths every euro we paid. It was a birthday present/surrpise for my son and he told that this was the best day in his life!!! It is like being in fairy tale, even for adults:)

I think dinners are a bit too expensive, but on the other side they have "all you can eat" for the whole evening. So you can enjoy glass of wine while kids are playing with Lego in the evening.

Price is too high, dinner is too expensive and the food is canteen style. If you are alcoholic you can drink as much as you can (wine, beer, even coctails).

Breakfast buffet was nice, same every morning but it was good. Literally cross the road to get to legoland park. And there is lots of little play parks around, near Lalandia for foc time. Everywhere is expensive so having the bed and breakfast option via booking.com defo helped.

Hotel was absolutely fine and kids loved it. We had a wizard room in the wizards castle.

Just perfect location to go to Legoland and also near town centre where you can take a short walk to The Lego House. On the other side there is Lalandia and behind you can take a walk around an area where many holiday houses are and in between there are many playgrounds. Everyone was nice. Breakfasts were great. Everywhere plenty of room. Our daughter just loved the welcome game/puzzle.

Shower head was a bit calcified and the washbasin drain was a bit cloggy. But overall it was really neat stay.

LEGO bricks absolutely everywhere, even at breakfast restaurant. Kids amazed, room great - children space separated from adults bedroom. There is even a gift for the kids in the room. There are 2 playgrounds that are absolutely amazing - one is at the back and is easy to miss so make sure you check it out.

No disadvantages

Perfect location in relation to Legoland, Lego House and Billund airport. Friendly and helpful staff. "Castle" theme not only in the hotel, but also on surrounding playgrounds.

upper level of bunkbed was a bit higher than felt comfortable to let younger kids to sleep on, but luckily managed to negotiate kids to sleep on lower "pull-out" level.
