Close to train station at Kongens Nyturv… which is easy to get to from the airport. Close also to Nyhavn with the cute canal and restaurants. Hotel is nice and clean and has a nice bar / coffee area downstairs. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Despite the negatives below I quite liked this place and would stay again.

The lift is tiny and it says it has a max of 1 person. So this could be a problem if on a high floor and you need to go up or down quickly. Having said that I never had a problem. The room was very small. Barely room to walk around the bed… I had to squeeze my bad between the wall and the bed but not easy to open and close it as no space… I would recommend putting queen sized bed in the corner to provide more space down one side. Shower has a curtain to separate it from the toilet… not my favourite type of shower as water goes all over normally… but in this case it was fine.

The hotel was beautifully done inside and felt very luxurious. The desk and bar staff were very friendly and lovely and helped us with anything we needed, from leaving our bags behind the desk to finding us more towels. The room itself was exactly what we needed for the price we paid. Incredibly good value. The huge windows were perfect for letting in some air whilst getting ready, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom suited us perfectly. The location was also very good just a short walk from Nyhavn. I will be telling all of my friends to stay here when they come to Copenhagen!

The only thing I would ask for is a full size mirror in the room.

+ great location! the hotel is located right in the centre, close to the metro, tourist attractions and shops + although it is located in the centre, the street was quiet (except for the renovation of the house opposite, but it was hardly audible, the windows seal well) + nice and helpful staff at the reception, we had a spider on the ceiling in the shower and as I am afraid of spiders, I asked the staff the next day if they could take it away and they obliged without any problem :) + fast check-in and check-out, nobody asked us for anything, we just got our room cards and when we checked out they left the cards in the box + the whole hotel is cosy and designer, the combination of black, white and warm light is amazing :) + the room was comfortable, it's smaller, but it's absolutely enough for sleeping, it has all the equipment you need: bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside tables and bathroom + thank you for everything!

The location was excellent, the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room had most of the facilities we would hope for.

There was no air conditioning, no safe and no staff came into the room to even check (and empty) the bucket once in the 5 days we stayed there. However, we did not feel unsafe there, nothing was stolen from our room, and the bucket wasn't that much of a problem. No coffee or tea facilities in the room either, but excellent coffee served down in the cafe.

Great breakfast! Nicely furnished throughout and the bed was huge.

Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to Nyhavn. Nice large room, rich served breakfast. Nice rooftop terace. Hotel has few bikes available to rent, we did beautiful tour to Maremaid and around the city. Christiania few minutes walking. The only thing, the lift is for 1 person only, do respect this, we had smal accident when we were three inside :-). You can store your luggage in the reception when you want to stay longer than the check-out time, all people in the reception were very nice and helpful.

The location is more than great. A couple of minutes walk from Nyhavn and from Kogens Nytorv. The room had a lot of light, the bathroom was big and comfortable. The bed was big and comfortable as well.

The room didn't have a desk as stated in my Booking reservation and on the hotel's page on Booking. It had a small nightstand instead which is a nightstand and not a desk. :) I also think that it would be a plus if the room had a TV.

GREAT location. We were only in Copenhagen for an overnight layover and this place helped us enjoyed the few hours in the morning we had. We arrived very late at night and the staff was very responsive in helping us get our key even when the front desk wasn't manned. We got to enjoy the morning by walking for just a few minutes to Nyhavn for brunch. Room was a standard size and cleanliness, all that we needed for a one night stay.

The staff was very helpful in some aspects but in others a bit sporadic.

The hotel is convenient to anything you want to see in Copenhagen, close to several restaurants and the water. The staff is very nice, particularly the young woman who was working so hard when I stayed there. The room is small and basic but suited my needs during my business trip. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. There was work on the street right in front of the hotel (below my window). So we were without water for part of my stay and without electricity for the elevator. I feel like the hotel handled it the best way they could. The employee even carried my bag upstairs for me. The water was turned on by the time I needed a shower in the morning. There was a large closet for me to put away my things which I really appreciated. Also, plenty of hangers. The room is not large, especially if you are American. But for Europe, it is pretty standard. It was sufficient for me.

The windows are old and drafty. They don't offer much help for noise and cold air. They should be replaced. Luckily, I'm a warm sleeper so the cold didn't bother me much but if you're not used to the cold in the north, this could bother you. the street is relatively quiet and I was there for work so I had to wake early anyway. But if you're on vacation and want to sleep in, this will be tough unless they replace the windows.

Our stay was exceptional. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, promptly attending to our needs. The room was spacious, with a clean, well-equipped bathroom. Overall, a perfect blend of location, service, and comfort. Highly recommended.

Due to the proximity of neighboring windows, we were unable to open the curtains for natural light. Closing them left the room somewhat dim. This aspect detracted slightly from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
