Great breakfast options on the weekend, comfortable bed with individual sheets for each person on a double or king — which was great. Frederiksberg Metro station is very close by and can be reached by M1-3 lines, making it painless to get to from the airport and other parts of Copenhagen.

The shower drainage was subpar and as a result a “normal” shower would absolutely flood the room. Breakfast choices seemed more limited on a weekday compared to weekend. One of the lifts was broken the entire time we were there, so it was painful getting down for breakfast and back up due to long waits on the last remaining lift.

The room was big enough and well equiped. Breakfast was great, many type of tee, juices and local pastries. Location is perfect close to metro "red/green/yellow" lines, easy to reach the city centre (only 2 stops away). We run the Half-marathon and the start was in front of the building (for us was perfect) Cleaning: You need to ask for cleaning (saving the nature, I loved the idea)

Breakfast: I was there for running CPH (Half-marathon), so I missed banana from breakfast (hotels close to running events will usually take care of that for this special occassion). Bathroom older people will have difficulties to step in the bathtub (too high). Cleaning: You need to ask for cleaning (saving the nature, I loved the idea) that means no room cleaning at all. So if you need that, need to ask on time. Location: Fancy area, that's why we didn't find a restaurant in the neighborhood (on weekend/half-marathon) everywhere was fully booked. So reservation in advance is neccessary.

The hotel has design elements and authenticity, so that is its great value. The staff is very friendly. I asked for the room to be cleaned every day and it was fulfilled. Breakfast was good. The beds are very very comfortable and long enough. The hotel has an excellent connection to the center itself via the metro. I would return to this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Only one elevator was working, which was the reason I had to take the elevator in an unbearable crowd. It would be good if there were more sweet food at breakfast.

The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The lounge and the breakfast buffet are spacious and comfortable. Although the breakfast buffet didn't vary much from day to day, it was well presented and we were happy with the selection (bread, eggs, bacon, yoghurt, fruit, cheese, ham, waffles/crepes, coffee, juice,... ) We got a room on the 16th floor and the view was amazing. The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood with everything we need (parc, cafes, convenient stores, supermarket, pizzeria, commercial centre...). There is also a metro station where M1,M2 and M3 connect.

The room are not very big but very comfortable.The room could be a little cleaner. There were small crumbles on the carpet and little stains on the edges in the bathroom. We stayed for 3 nights and for the whole duration one of the two elevators was broken. On busy hours we had to queue for the elevator, which was a little inconvenient but understandable.

The bed was very good, soft and comfy. Pillows were also super good and clean. Room was silent. Everything for good sleeping was so fine. Housekeeper cleaned well and on time. Near the hotel is very nice restaurant/cafe , good food and fast service ( cafe Vivaldi).

The room cleaning system. You must book it before. That is okey. But the housekeeper knocked the door although there was ' do not disturb' on the door. And some time she opend the door, she didnt even wait that I would open it myself. Very strange habit.

The hotel location was the main selling point for us and it didn't disappoint a mere 3 mi walk and we were able to access the metro, there is also a bus stop a few feet away if that is more your speed. Our room was spacious and very 4 (especially the pillows). I had some of the best sleep in all my travels. The staff are friendly and helpful, they were also multilingual, which made conversing very seemless. For fitness enthusiasts, there is a small gym which does have all the basic equipment one would need to get a good workout done. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend.

Not necessarily a dislike, but please be aware that the bathrooms are not on the large size. And though varied in choice, breakfast does become repetitive; at least it did for us after day 2. It was all still very delicious.

Nice hotel and with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, in the area, 7/11 just at the corner. Parking garage under hotel, very convenient. The room was great, spacious and good sound proof, as it was facing the main street. Not much noise during the evening.

Some rooms don't have a desk and chair, so I couldn't work with my computer in the room. When I asked the staff, if it was possible to get a small table and chair to the room i was offered a higher class of room with extra charge per day, I can understand that during summer it's difficult to offer same room type at short notice. But paying that extra for working with my computer in my room is crazy. Don't the hotel have extra desks/tables and chairs ? I found a table and chair in the conference area, so i could work, but still.

For us it was important to be close to the Copenhagen zoo, 15 minutes walking distance. The beds were just right, breakfast had a huge variety, from fresh fruit over one of the best scrambled eggs ever to pancakes and self-made waffles. We took our large dog for which we spent only 200 Krones extra for the whole stay (6 nights), other hotels I know charge up to 20 Euros per night. The front desk was very helpful and extremely kind.

The hotel's garage was relatively expensive but there was public parking next door costing about half. Besides that everything was just fine.

The breakfast buffet was very delicious. The view from our room was also very lovely. The staff was incredibly helpful and able to fulfill most of our wishes. They were also so sweet and gifted us a fruit basket for our wedding. The location was also perfect for our wedding at the Frederiksberg town hall and super easy to reach from the airport using the metro.

When we were there, there was only one working elevator for the taller section of the hotel, which often meant it was crowded. We were lucky to be on a high floor but some of the middle floors often had to wait for multiple elevators until one became available. Also, the room did not have a mini fridge, which would have been a nice touch

Our room was one of the larger rooms located at a higher floor. We were glad we chose this because we had a great view of the city. Both the size of the room and the furniture made our stay a comfortable one because we could relax and move around with no problem. The breakfast included provided us with many great choices and we were not disappointed. The location was fairly central for us and the train station was nearby so getting around was very easy. There was also a great selection of restaurants, bars and stores to give us variety and options.

Unfortunately, during our stay, one of the elevators was not working. A note indicated that a call had been made to have it repaired. However, despite this issue, we did not experience long waits for the elevator. So, our getting around using the elevator was not a hinderance.
