the apartment was really clean, comfortable and big enough for two couples. It is close to metro station (few minutes of walk away) and to Lidl, Neto, Meny. It has gorgeous big windows and it's decorated in the nordic style, minimalist, but it includes anything that you might need. really comfortable beds If you're on a trip in Copenhagen, I'd really recommend this place!

though we were there for almost a week, the cleaning was made only once, literally one day before we checked out. I didn't really see the point in changing the bed sheets for only one night, it felt like a waste of resources. It would have been more useful for this to happen sometime mid-week. around the building there are some constructions, but we visited during Christmas and we didn't have loud noises. the heating system - we didn't quite understood how it works, but it wasn't too cold inside.

overall great place. nice staff, good wifi and house appliances (oven, washing mashine, dishwasher). great public communication nearby (metro). layout of apartment was also great.

poor lightning inside apartment (was dark even with all lights on). definitely way too high deposit compared to price of our reservation, also there is a lot of room for conflict regarding return of that deposit.

We were afraid the price we paid wasn't gonna pay off, but we have got a free upgrade, to a superior apartment compared to the one we initally booked. That was already such a great bonus! The apartments are beautiful, mostly decorated with danish design furniture and appliances, and the area is a newly built neighborhood of copenhagen, with a metro station and a train station a few minutes walk from the accomodation. Another nice bonus we didnt know about was free acess to their little gym, which was very nice. Pricey, but totally worth it, especially if your stay is during the warm season. So many things to see around, restaurants and shops, and only 10-15 min away from the city center. Parking is not possible on the premises, but there is an underground car park 2 min away, which costs about 200-250 kr per day (24 h).

The location is great and near family which makes getting together easy. It’s also nearby both the Metro and an S train depot. We also love that the kitchen is fully equipped. But don’t miss out on the nearby Anderson Bakery also.

Not so much as “didn’t like” but rather improvements as I want the facilities to retain their quality and homey feel. The rug in the living room area could use a shampoo and the floors a good mopping. The faucet base in the bathroom needs some type of waterproofing- if water pooled around the base, it dripped into the cabinet below. There was also duct tape holding together part of the bathroom vanity and one of the bedside lights didn’t work.

We liked the apartment and it made the stay comfortable with space and amenities you would not find for this price in a regular hotel. All we needed was provided, which allowed for basic cooking. We appreciated the starting package with coffee and tea as well as the discount at the coffee place downstairs. The views from the apartment are also very nice. The furniture is stylish creating a cozy feeling. Bed size and comfort was also very good, the desk was big enough for comfortable work. Nordhavn is a splendid neighborhood - really great architecture and close to the centre by subway, train, or a ferry! Before coming, I read some reviews about the noise from the construction place but for us there was completely no problem - probably because the apartment (and especially the bedroom) was at the complete opposite site from the construction, so we had a quitet and comfortable stay.

We started with washing up some of the dishes and pans because they were sticky - perhaps the staff should check whether the previous guests have done a good job cleaning the kitchen.

Excellent accommodation, very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The location is perfect because you have the metro, the train and the boat less than a five-minute walk away. Also 3 supermarkets very close, which is super convenient for this apparthotel stay. It is a very quiet area, but less than 10 minutes from the center by metro. The views of the canal from the room are fantastic. I would come back without hesitation.

Can be a bit loud as there is a building site just next door. So depending on which apartment you get it can be a bit noisy. Which was the case for us. It is fine if you come for a weekend stay though as there was no work done during that time.

We got upgraded to a 3 bedroom flat, and it was super spacious, brand new.

At first I was a little spooked because we had a LOT of luggage, and 4 people, so we took a taxi from the airport. It feels really far from the center in a taxi, and it was a very expensive taxi ride. I was really worried the location was going to be inconvenient. But then I saw how close the metro stop was, like a 2 minute walk, and how efficient the metro is. We used the metro every day, and it turned out to be perfectly fine. If I had realized how easy it was, I would have taken the metro from the airport, even with all our luggage.

It was spacious inside, each bedroom had a balcony and there was easy access to the roof terrace. The appartment had a well equipped kitchen, eating and lounge areas were comfortable. TV worked and the bedrooms were large and well equipped with storage. Easy access to the metro system, local bathing, local shops and eating places.

There was only one toilet for four adults and though the shower was good the bathroom could have had a bath as well. The area has lots of construction work going on so it will be even better in the coming seasons.

The ground floor apartment was stylish, spacious and well-equipped. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we really appreciated the two outside spaces. Most of all, we appreciated the courtesy, efficiency and welcoming attitude of the staff. Thank you! The location was also perfect for visiting the centre (5 mins on the metro) and for relaxing in a vibrant architecturally exciting area, with supermarkets, places to eat and drink, and swimming/sunbathing areas only a few yards from the building.

The only improvement I would make is to provide a microwave, ideal for people on holiday who don't want to spend too much time cooking but don't always want to eat out either.
