Amalie B&B First impressions positive! Excellent host who responds when contacted, requested room change on ground floor, and had the perfect access, could park the car right outside the door! Outstanding The rooms were spacious, classic decor & set up, worked really well for us! Did look well used though but fine Bedroom had 4 beds, 2 singles & a bunk bed good for kids! Beds are a tad small but ok! Bed Side lamp, broken/not working, despite a reminder, not fixed! Living area spacious and generally clean NOTE: no broom or mop available, can’t clean the floor! Kitchen area, 2 ceran tops and a multipurpose micro wave/convection unit, useable but not for baking, (no instructions provided) No rubbish bags provided! (Only 3 for 5 days? ) House cleaning materials not provided! Example detergents (only dishwasher liquid available, 2 old rags, and 2 used scotchbright, pot scrubs) The chinaware well used but ok, glasses 2 sets 1 wine & 1 plastic! Cutlery incomplete, no soup spoons, but for 2 persons ok! Missing some basics like small cutting/carving knife’s! Else useable if no major cooking involved! Fridge worked fine, freezer needs to be de-iced! Pots & pans need some deep cleaning, no dishwasher! Bathroom good size, shower, no bath tub, but ok, only 2 medium & bath towels, Shampoo & Hand wash provided NO SOAP / BODY-WASH, bring your own! But good size and bright! Iron & Ironing board provided on request! Overall good stay, price/value is fine! Would come back!

Clean and comfortable place in a good location. "Baker Boys" cafe nearby opens at 7am and has good coffee and brunsviger. Basement kitchen is spacious, clean and has everything you need as well as room to eat a meal.

In the "front house" there was one shower/bathroom and five rooms, though there was an additional toilet. The front door and doors to the guest rooms closed with a bang, so I got woken up when other guests came home late at night.

We loved the apartment, the check in was easy, everything that we needed was there. Easy parking, comfy beds and clean. And babycot with mattress, pillow and sheets was amazing, thanks!

Two things I think could be better was the topper on the double bed and blinding curtains. The topper was full with stains (and see through with the one sheet) and I would not be happy to sleep on the bed. Luckily we had enough bed to sleep in for our family. You could not darken the rooms at all, so curtains would be perfect. And we don't know why, but the houses are so hot in Denmark. Winterblankets and way too hot for us.

The B&B provides a high level of privacy and quiet, while allowing a relative near access to downtown Odense and its train station. While the bathroom and kitchen are shared in the main building, the facilities are kept in a clean state at all times. Check-in was automated and very efficient.

While communication is very fast with staff, not many people are present on site, leaving guests to their own devices at all times. While the walking distance is not that much in my opinion, the property is mostly uphill from downtown, a potential difficulty

Decent size, free parking

Apartments should have clothes washing facilities, private, or shared laundrette; this didn’t. Rooms had odd shapes and beds that couldn’t be moved together.

The apartment was clean and the cot had been made up beautifully. Easy to get into Odense and the supermarket was on the doorstep - really convenient.

The only thing I could find fault with was a slight lingering smell of cigarette smoke which made me wonder if this might have been a smoking friendly apartment in the past? Other than that everything was perfect.

Great conditions, great location. Close to Odense Station, City Center, shop. Spacious enough room (towels and linen provided), well equipped kitchen. Toillet and bathroom (hair dryer included) separated from room, but it wasn't a problem. I didn't see the owner, but check-in and check-out were well explained.

Everything went smoothly from booking all the way to checkout. The unit was well equipped with cooking facilities and everything required to cook our own dinner and breakfast. The supermarket was located a short walk around the corner. The accommodation contained the little extras to make our stay more comfortable eg box of tissues, salt and pepper etc. The staff were friendly and helpful with accessing our accommodation. A very comfortable stay, I wish that we had stayed longer!

The only issue was that the sensor lights out the front kept turning on, as it was windy and the plants were setting them off. Once I figured this out, I was at ease to ignore them. The sensor lights were helpful with our late arrival though, so it's a great safety feature. Honestly, everything was fantastic.

It was simple but clean and comfortable. It accommodated our family of 3 and included free parking for our car. Easy to access with the lockbox. All as indicated in listing. It has a nice large updated bathroom and nice kitchen appliances.

Really, nothing. It isn’t a 5-star luxurious place but is great for the type of accommodation it is. It is updated and modern and was quiet. We would stay here again.

The room was big and comfortable. Very neat, clean, and big kitchen with everything you'll need. Quiet locality. The host was very responsive and helped with the complete checkin and checkout details. It's about 15 minutes from the Odense St. Easily walkable and has a super market right next door.

The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear noises in the night, which was a little scary. Otherwise everything was really good.
