The breakfast was exceptional and I upgraded my rating for that reason. We travel a lot and this might be the best breakfast I have had in 6 months. The room itself was fine, nothing special. It was did not have a tea kettle, which I generally like to have but was otherwise comfortable. We only stayed one night and did not spend any time in the room other than to sleep. The property had free parking and was easy to find.

We had two connecting rooms, one had a fan, the other did not. I would recommend fans in both rooms during summer.

Excellent breakfast. Location was good too, hotel is surrounded by a lovely park and is about 10-15 min walk to the town centre.

We had a family room for 4 (a double bed and bunk beds). The bunk beds are designed so that they are packed away into a wall/cupboard when not in use and unfortunately the top bunk was really uncomfortable (with a shelf sticking out above one’s head), my 10 y.o. struggled to sleep even though he is used to bunk beds . Apart from that, it was a nice and clean room.

Every aspect of our experience here was excellent. We chose the hotel as it was very close to Roskilde hospital where my husband had an outpatient procedure. We had no expectations that the hotel would be as good as it turned out to be. Service was excellent and that includes an outstanding bartender and dining room staff. The bedroom and the breakfast were both very good. Staff friendly.

Had to request that the room was to be cleaned daily and had fresh towels. Seemed a bit weird. Also preordered a taxi from reception the night before we were due to leave and in the morning no taxi was there. The girl on the desk hadn’t booked it. The man on duty then had to get one quickly. We just about made our connection.

Lovely park background, really excellent breakfast set up with very good food. We particularly enjoyed the music at breakfast...calm, enjoyable music that set the pace for the beginning of your day. Room was well equipped. Location was very good!

Would have loved it if the bikes were ebikes, but understand why they weren't.

Excellent breakfast, varied, you can even fry your own waffles and make freshly squeezed juice. The products are high quality and everything is delicious.

Cleaning of the room is only possible by pre-order at the reception; they did not inform us about this upon arrival; we spent several days in an uncleaned room.

Family room was very small, we had 2 young children in prams and one large suitcase and we had no room to store them. Rooms didn’t have a kettle or fridge which was hard when travelling with a baby. We did get a kettle from reception.

The breakfast choices and quality were superb. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious hotel with a comfortable bar.

The room was a little cold but the staff quickly attended to the problem. My wife found her bed a little too hard

Close to the city centre (less then 10’ by bike). Comfortable rooms. Good beds and bathroom. E-bikes were safely stored at night in room in hotel. Parking on-site. Amazing breakfast!! Helpful reception.

Maybe a welcome water or coffee / tea facility in the room would be nice. But nothing really negative.

Wide choice of quality and healthy foods. Plenty of space in the eating area and excellent presentation overall. Very clever approach with providing small individual portions, helping to minimise wastage.

The wifi seemed a little unstable with more than one device. I thought the restaurant's offering of evening meals was limited for vegetarians.
