We stayed in the room called Monét. The room was spacious, with a small balcony, on the second floor. The room had AC, a closet, fridge, kitchenette, safe, smart TV (with Netflix). Location was very good, central, close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance from the closest beach. There was free drinking water, as the tap water is not drinkable. There was 5 USD breakfast, which was basic, but perfectly fine. The beds were comfortable. Internet worked fine. There were no bugs or insects.

It was a bit worn down, you could see some rust in the bathroom. Then again, you get what you pay for. There was no hot water (lukewarm at best). You have to be careful with the toilet, as it gets clogged very easily, but as long as you don’t throw excessive amount of toilet paper in it, it’s fine. AC was interesting - no matter the temperature on it, at some point the room got very cold. We had to contantly switch it on and off during the night.

Great location near Bavaro Beach. Excellent included breakfast.

We lived in this area for 7 yrs and were looking for a place in a good location to walk to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and the beach. This is it! Five minutes and you're there. Very clean and the water pressure is strong and water is hot. Nice breakfast for a low cost as well if you'd like to add it. This is not fancy, but it suits our needs perfectly, and I love how each room is named after an artist and decorated with their work. Alex is a very helpful manager, and he speaks several languages well. We will stay here again. Also it is a very quiet area which is difficult to find anywhere in this town. So a good night's sleep is possible.

It was nice and central in the town with nice stores close by. The food in the surrounding area was great. It was very enjoyable to sit on the roof of the hotel and indulge in a locally made cigar and rum.

I really did not enjoy that the shower had a shower curtain rather than a glass shield. Beyond that it was rather enjoyable to stay there.

It was my second time in RD and second time I choosed this hotel and I was very satisfied of my stay. Location, staff, cleanliness and breakfast are excellent. Definitely I could recommend it to all travelers.

Staff is very nice, location is great; close to the beach and restaurants without being on a noisy street, rooms are comfortable with AC, complementary breakfast is good with fresh fruit.

Great location, very close walk to bars supermarket and beach. Awesome price for private room, beautiful balcony upstairs. Strong air con and felt safe and welcomed.

Kitchenette wasn't really functional but having mini fridge was good enough! You can hear loud music from the bars nearby (like most places in Punta Cana) so if that's bothersome to you, that might be something to consider. For the price and location I would definitely go back!

Very clean and comfortable place for everyone who need relax. Very nice and helpful personel. Breakfast incredibly delicious. Definitely I recommend this hotel.

I loved my stay at Art Villa hotel! Beautiful beach nearby, great service, and comfy rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a perfect tropical getaway!
