Easy and friendly check-in. Ricky is super nice and helpful! Big and clean room with a great balcony (Sea- and Poolview). Everything is in good condition, the small beach is just steps away. You can have drinks and meals at the great pool bar. The center is just 15 Min walk away (or you take a moto). Nice supermarket and laundry service just steps away.

The hotel is located near the playa chiquita casino, the area is very quiet away from the noise downtown. There is a parking lot next to the hotel if you have a rental car. there is a small beach near by that is private and hardly anybody there. The pool is awesome and there are cabanas where you can chill. there is a restaurant and bar on the premises. The manager Ricky lives on site and he is easily accessible. The room is large, the bed definitely a king size bed. There is a TV in the room and Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is good, hardly went down. The balcony is large and i would lazy myself mainly in the afternoons in one of the chairs. The bathroom is huge and the shower can hold two people easily. The ceiling fan helped to keep the room cool whenever i didn't want to use the AC. from the main road, there are moto cancho that you use to reach downtown sosua or the beach if you don't have a car.

The hotel is quite a distance away from the bars and restaurant located downtown sosua. You need moto or rental car. You can walk but i won't recommend walk by yourself at night. Use cash to pay for your stay, there is 18% extra charge when you use your card. For me i think it was almost $60.

I like that it was private from the main part of the town. It gave me the opportunity to actually relax and enjoy some peace and serenity. And the beach was only just across the street very private. It was probably four people on the beach, the whole time that I was there.

I can’t say I did not like anything about the property. I just wish I would have booked for two additional days…which I will on my next visit there.

Nice spot away from the town with a pool and a small beach out in the front. Definitely the spot to bring your lady or a group of friends to spend a night or two.

If you don't drive, you might need to arrange transportation to facilitate with moving around between there and the town. Local taxis tend to overcharge, Uber and Indrive are extremely scarce these side.

The hotel is secluded but was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The beach is very small, but very close and secluded. The hotel has a restaurant, but I didn't use it. I would recommend having a car unless you don't mind using a taxi as you come and go.

I can see the ocean from my room, very quiet area, the beach is approximately 1 minute walk, very safe, excellent security, the general manager Ricky was very accommodating and helpful.

Check in/out is easy. Place feels less hotel and more staying in someone's house. Staff becomes your friend on a first name basis and they "take care of you" when needed.

You get what you pay for. It's a cheap option so don't expect much. Shower only had hot water in the morning. Soap dispenser and towel holder broke on first day.

Super friendly staff that makes you feel at home. Location right in front of the beach, just outside of the center, but close enough to walk to. Picturesque pool, yummy food in the restaurant, cozy rooms.

Bookings say a price but when you get there they charge you more and there's a deposit, that kind of information should be updated on the platform or the place.

this place is awesome Mari is the best met me at the door personally for check in love Ricky his energy is contagious my first night there I arrived exhausted took a nap woke up got some wings that were amazing everything I ate was delicious I mean everything fresh hmmm they have a pool table a pool giant jenga security and a safe I mean what more could ask for bar on the spot where Ricky be jamming he’s the manager I can’t wait to come back this time with more friends love you guys we forever familia now

literally nothing it’s perfect far enough to enjoy your peace but walking distance to sosua nightlife highly recommend staying here
