Comfortable rooms, beds, location.
Too much control over guests. In order to enter or leave the property they requested our keys but, were not allways available to open electric doors for entering or placing our car in the garage.

I will be staying here the next time I come to Ecuador. I loved my stay at Suites Metropolitan. The room was spacious and clean. I loved that I had a mini fridge and a small kitchen area in my suite. it made me feel at home.
Wifi would cut in and out at times.

Excellent staff. Friendly, professional, willing to help with anything. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to get a good night's sleep.
Pillows were a bit hard. But it was a great place and we will stay again.

The staff at Suites Metropoli was exceptional! They helped arrange transportation for us, and the suite we stayed in was exceptionally clean. We will stay here again next time we visit Quito.

Courteous staff, good breakfast, clean and large bedrooms, comfortable beds, not a noisy environment. Easier to access with your own car.
Nothing much to dislike considering the price. It's by far one the best value for money deal I got in the whole country. If you drive a large car, the parking will be a bit challenging. That's all.
