Bed and pillows were amazing Beautiful reception area, beautiful grounds The room was nice

Not what I didn't like, but what could be improved Bathrooms are old and tired, clean, but tired, we had broken tiles in out bathroom hanging off, ( near the toilet, room 107 ) breakfast was basic, could label food, for allergy reasons. Pool table costs , should really be free, nothing else to do there, or go so a bit of a cheek 😀 reception staff not speaking any English at all would of been a problem if we hadn't of had an Arabic speaker with us. Hotel is grand, but is looking tired, needs to have some love, as its an amazing hotel with heaps of history, a shame to see it going downhill

Abanob at reception and Mr. Ayed in the restaurant exemplified the friendly staff, and the delicious food was a highlight of our magnificent stay. Overall, this hotel offered a unique and unforgettable experience, combining history, exceptional service, and culinary delights.

Staff are so polite and friendly, willing to help all the time. I loved the classical historical atmosphere. The food was amazing and so tasty, special thanks to chef Ahmed, the executive chef. Thanks to the receptionist Demiana who made us a room upgrade when there was availability.

The landscape needs more professional care, conditioners should be added to the room bathroom, There is a smell may be due to a bit old corridor carpets, also the property should consider a small clinic with a doctor for emergencies especially that fayoum is so primitive and couldn’t find a well equipped hospital near the property

The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and extremely polite. The swimming pool was so nice. The food was ok. Ms. Helana at reservation was extremely nice, friendly and made our stay really pleasant.

The AC in most of the indoor public areas was not working which was unbearable in this hot weather. The front desk staff were not friendly at all and didn’t even smile. The connecting doors between rooms are definitely not sound proof so it was extremely noisy when the room next to us checked in and they were with kid’s & extremely loud.

This is an amazing jewel of a hotel. The group have taken over King Farouk’s palace and preserved it to its former glory. The staff are attentive and helpful; the ambiance is superb- to stay in a place so full of cinematic and regal history is spell binding. The excellent front of reception (works from 3-12) upgraded us. He was polite and accommodating but a little soft spoken

The range of dishes at meal times was wide; I’d suggest that they modernise their tray heating facilities - most of the buffet food was lukewarm. The hotel purports to offer public space wifi. it’s non existent

A Royal Stay I recently enjoyed a wonderful one-night stay at Helnan Auberge Fayoum. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance transported me back to the golden age of Khedivial Egypt. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly unforgettable experience.

all "breakfast", "dinner", and "room" Rooms were exceptional comfortable. I LOVE THE BED! Food quality was super good however not too much options but I understand given the size of guests has occupancy was medium. I love the professional reception staff ( Marina and team).

The authenticity and heritage displayed in every corner of the place allows to take back a lot of great memories.

The parking across the road makes it a bit inconvenient having to cross the busy street every time. Also, there were never a vacant spot in the shade! The hotel is nice but very far from Tunis village where most of the activities are located. I

Everything was amazing, starting from the staff who were so friendly and welcoming. The room was cozy and comfy with a relaxing view of the garden and the lake. The pool was clean, and they took care of its cleanliness multiple times per day. And finally the food was tasty and delicious. Special thanks to Mrs. Helana, for all her support. I am happy to say that I will visit again and again whenever I can.

MARKETING FOR THAT HOTEL IS NOT ENOUGH AT ALL , I HOPE THAT THE MARKETING TEAM TO FOCUS MORE FOR THAT GREAT HOTEL AND TO GIVE MORE OFFERS TO BE ABLE TO INCREASE THE OCCUPANCY PERCENTAGE ... FINALLY THE HOTEL IS REALLY ROYAL ........ BUT THE KING IS LITTLE SLEEPING ... SO PLEASE WAKE THE KING UP ... THANKS
