owner and Salah are very helpful. location is great in a quite street just off main road. the apartment is huge and has all needed appliances. the balcony is very nice with fresh air. rooms are spacious. excellent wifi.

parking is sometimes hard. the apartment furniture is very tired and outdated. kitchen utensils.some extra bed sheets and covers would be very useful for long stays but over all we loved our stay and felt home.

We booked this place for a one night stop over in Cairo before catching an early flight. It's a 15 minutes ride from the airport. The place was big and confortable. After I confirmed my booking, the house manager got in touch via WhatsApp with very easy instruction for self check-in. This place is a very good value for money. Perfect for someone that needs to be close to the airport. There's also a shop open 24h in front of the building. And the lift was helpful to have with our heavy suitcases.

We were lucky to be able to book and stay at this apartment for one night after missing our flight out of the Cairo International Airport. The entire apartment is big and conveniently located near a hotel and just across the street from a convenient store which is open 24/7. The assistant of the apartment responds promptly to WhatsApp messages, and it was pretty easy finding and doing self-check-in and check-out of the apartment. The stay there was kind of like a mini-experience of living in Heliopolis.

A minor issue - There was a tiny water paddle on the kitchen floor when we arrived, and the kitchen faucet could not be closed completely to stop water drops. I assume this was a temporary problem, which was already fixed as I have already informed the manager as I departed the property.

The apartment is very comfortable and well furnished. Liked the privacy. Great direct contact with Mr Ashraf. Apartment in a nice area, peace and calm. Close to shops and restaurants. Also close to manu other attractions. I will surely stay there again.

Nothing I didn't like. I will suggest a tv in the main bedroom. Also to move the wifi router to have coverage to the whole apartment.

It was better than what I expected ..very spacious..clean and location is perfect, easy access ..the neighborhood is quiet...I definitely will come back

Spacious, clean, Ashraf was very attentive and helpful!

The Wi-Fi and one of the AC’s didn’t work - we could go to the other rooms and there was a ventilator, so we managed with that, but Ashraf offered to send a technician to fix the AC.

The place is very spacious. Bathrooms and bedrooms are clean. Self -Check in is easy. There are a couple of shops across the road. Good value for budget stay.

Chairs seems a bit too old but comfortable but not a major issue.

The location is perfect for me itis near the airport, city star mall, city center mall. The apartment is clean and has the facilities you need. It is very suitable for families

The WiFi does not cover the whole apartment

I loved everything about it. It was a good spirit flat, comfortable, clean and cozy.

I wish there was a water dispenser.

Spacious apartment. Clean bed linens. Very helpful and friendly owner.

Some fixtures and furniture needs fixing or replacement. The corridors are poorly lit.
