The Receptionist Mr . Alaa was very friendly and professional . He Even upgraded me to a suite . Nice and comfortable Hotel

Getting hold of room service was a bit stressful . They weee not picking their coms.

Everything from. A to Z was really good. I was on the 9th floor, room 929 and The housekeeping Mohammed Yaseen was excellent with great communication and made us feel at home. The guest relations Rana was also polite and helpful with room calls to.ask if our stay was good and I we needed anything and also came in person to see us. The staff in the arco Lounge were fantastic Mr Islam with great English and interesting football discussions on the Premier League along with waiter Romany very good and cheerful. The breakfast was nice and filling. No problems with money exchange from the ATM available in the lobby. I would definitely book this hotel again.

I can't say anything negative as I didn't come across it.

the location is good . the room is small but clear . the housekeeper fatma in floor 9 was really nice. I was very ill and she took care of me like a sister . thanks for her . she make me feel like home .

-I already stayed at this hotel and for me the loacation is super convenient. City stars Mall is 5 minutes walk away and behind the hotel lots of restaurants and coffee shops. -The breakfast quality & Variety has improved significantly....During my previous stays breakfast was very poor. -Except one receptionist, the staff are nice and helpful!

This time, I did not like 2 things: - Chekin took a very long time though we were (2 Adults) the only guests standing at the reception. The receptionist did not smile during the whole process and had obvious lack of communication skills. - The music coming for one of the wedding halls was too loud...it has disturbed my sleep.

The stay exceeded all my expectations! It was perfect, with a delightful amazing breakfast and a fantastic, attentive team that was always ready to assist. The room was wonderful—I especially loved the comfortable sheets, the view, and the thoughtful amenities. The air conditioning was excellent and absolutely essential. I would definitely return! His attentiveness and willingness to assist with any query or concern were truly commendable, making our stay all the more enjoyable. We must also extend our heartfelt thanks to Reda, the diligent and efficient housekeeper responsible for taking care of our room. Coming back to a clean, tidy, and beautifully arranged room after a day of exploring the city was a delightful experience. Reda's attention to detail and dedication to his work truly stood out, and we felt pampered throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the scrumptious breakfast spread at Tolip Golden Plaza. The variety of dishes catered to all tastes, and the quality of the food was top-notch. The friendly staff at the restaurant made sure we felt comfortable and catered to any special requests we had, making our mornings an absolute delight. Tolip Golden Plaza itself is a haven for families. The facilities and amenities are perfect for both adults and children. The hotel's design exudes a welcoming ambiance, and the well-maintained play areas and pools kept our children entertained and happy. Moreover, the hotel's central location allowed us easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers, making our vacation even more enjoyable. I really loved the location. It was really easy to get around the city. The breakfast buffet was also great with lots of options on offer.

The facilities had massage and spa services listed and this wasn’t offered when we arrived. They did not have these facilities. Just an outdoor family pool and a steam room + gym.

Clean, good furniture, great location ,Tivoli plaza is on the outer side of the hotel, it’s a food nation with lots of restaurants and also very near to city stars mall, breakfast is good with lots of varieties however it’s better to teach early, the staff are cheerful compared to the previous staff, And very helpful, helped me in early checkin and late check out as well.

Only that the Uber finds difficulty to reach as the GPS takes them to a different place, but the reception offered to help by speaking to Uber driver and also There is taxi station on the outer gate of the hotel

Great place for the family specially kids. Wonderful pool view and clean rooms. The vibe was very healthy and pleasant. Recommended for family visit, close to Citystars (5 min walking). I checked in with my wife and the receptionist asked me for documentation that proves that she is my wife as a part of the hotel's rules. I consider that one of the best things about the hotel. It shows me what type of hotel it is. Special thanks for Ahmed and Nada who were very nice and helpful.

When u first arrive, they tell u they will bring ur luggages to your room and was told it will take just 2mns. I waited 15mns and no one came to drop off my bags. I called reception and was told someone was coming. Another 10mns later ( making it 25mns😡) no one came so I went down the lobby and my bags were still in the same spot I had left them unattended! I picked up my bags, went to my room and no one called me or even noticed my bags were gone😤
