The rooms was big, good looking, nice terrace, the pool and the private beach are awesome. The path walk along the beach and the garden outside is so unique and relaxing, most of the food are tasty, the resort looks luxurious.

Hotel does not serve enough food varieties as it suppos as 5 star hotel. Some lights at the room didn't worked. One time I took a shower at evening and the water were tapid. The lights in the room and at the garden are very very thin...the hotel has pretty dark atmosphere. A.c isn't cooling enough as it should in this part of the world.

All the staff was excellent. Professional and welcoming. Additionally, the resort is beautiful, with nice greenery, lights, and views.The food in the restaurants was delicious as well as in the room service.. I also loved the soundproof walls and the coolness of the room.

The hotel was overall quite dated. I had some issues in my room. For example, the mattress was not comfortable because it was bent and springy. The AC made noises that were particularly annoying when sleeping. Some lights randomly stopped working and some electrical sockets didn't work. The water tap was hard to close and needed a magic touch. The buttons of the soup dispensers didn't rise up by themselves after pressing on them. Also, the breakfast was pretty bad, aspecially compared to the awesome food in the restaurants of the hotel.

The service is excellent, thanks to Fadel and Mirna who helped us solve the problems of the location of the room quickly, also we have to change all the smells of the soap in the rooms and also all the equipment in an old room that needs to be renewed, apart from that everything is excellent, the food and everything we asked from the staff was answered quickly thank you

the grounds are immaculate and so well taken care of. it is all so beautiful to walk around. the landscaping is spectacular. everything is all close and accessible.

Breakfast, staff, location — 5 min walk from the border (ignore taxi drivers who say it’s not allowed to walk to the hotel; they just want your money).

This resort is like home where I find peace and beauty of nature mixed with luxury , the beach is my refuge with its turquoise water and colorful corals and sea life but the most incredible thing is the staff they went out of their skin to make our stay unforgettable I’ll mention mention some and I hope that I won’t forget a lot of incredible people : big thanks to Hadeer that made sure that we’re having a great stay even when she were far away on a vacation , Salah from the towels stool on the beach with his super friendly approach and his excellent sense of humor , Mohamad from the beach bar that made us delicious cocktails to cook us down while tanning in the beach , Mohamad the bellboy that always helps with a smile and all of the staff one by one , if you’re visiting don’t miss the Lebanese & Asian restaurants cuz they’re so delicious

The main pool is a bit outdated and mostly crowded

The fish and the garnishes were good. The staff was friendly. It is close to the border. The price was affordable.

1. The fruit was not ripe. The choice of fruit was scarce and the same every day. 2. The beach is not convenient. It would be better if there were no stones and the sand were softer. We spent most of the time near the swimming pools. 3. The choice of alcoholic drinks was very limited. No sweet wines or liquors. 4. The room for the children was open only 2 or 3 hours a day. It did not help much, because we still could not go to the gym or spa during such a short time.

The boardwalk connecting this, and the two adjacent Hotels along their extended Beaches Was really good for walks. The seashell seafood restaurant and lebenese restaurant were great and the staff was great. Overall, the staff at the hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was only so so. Especially since this is supposed to be a five star hotel. The Marriott and Meridien and Cairo for example, both have much better breakfast, as does the Sheraton.

see comment above on breakfast. Also, the Booking.com price I thought I was going to pay was about $20 less than what the hotel showed from Booking.com. But it was still good value.

Simply the best hotel in the area Convenience to the border. Exceptional service from all staff. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very responsive and respectful. Very, very clean hotel, both public areas and bedrooms Wonderful nighttime entertainment for all ages.

Alll inclusive guests should be able to get food at the pool bar or other cafe areas outside. Hotel to have choice of sauces to accompany food. Very often, there were no sauces, so food was bland. Water pressure in the bathroom needs to be solved by installing a booster pump to regulate the water pressure.

very relaxing place in the middle of winter. it’s easy to reach from Israel by just crossing the border by foot. we were upgraded to bungalow, it was very nice. because in otherwise hotel is full of Arabic families with children, nothing against but can become loud. hotel has many options for dinner, not very expensive but very good, breakfast was included and was very good too. we loved our stay and will always come back if we get a chance

inside swimming pool is rather small and for kids, sauna was not included in the hotel price and was charged separately
