The hotel is close to the highway, and because I was traveling and making a stop over after mid-night, it was very helpful! The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly!

I was given a room different from what I had booked (twin single bed instead of a double bed). And...there was poop in the toilet! I talked to the personnel at the reception and he was very apologetic and immediately gave me another room, with the right bed I had earlier booked anyway. He was super kind and also offered me a complementary breakfast pack to take along the next morning. I didn't book this but I appreciate it a lot and his professionalism and kind gesture in general.

Everything is as what stated. The room, the bed and the bathroom are comfortable. And the free space in the room even enough for both of us praying jamaah.

The blankets are for colder time, while we were there on a hot Autumn days (around 27 - 13 Grad), we need to exchange it actually, but to lazy to ask 😅 so dont be lazy to ask different kind of blankets to them. They are helpfull and friendly enough.

The room has the perfect size for one or two people (I had the room with two twin beds). There is a nice desk for working, a big closet, a safe, the bathroom is also the perfect size and very bright. Additionally the rooms are very soundproof and you only hear a lot of noise when opening the window as it is located near a main street. I loved that the hotel provides you with two glass water bottles everyday when cleaning the room. Furthermore, the staff was very helpful and friendly and, even if this sounds like a given, competent in what they do. They gave useful information and helped with open questions without a problem. The location of the hotel is also perfect, it is about 2 mins from the train station, depending on how fast you walk.

I wish the daily cleaning could have been improved a little bit, as well as they could have given me two new roles of toilet paper instead of just one and leaving the extra empty. The breakfast also seems a little on the pricier side but I did not eat it, so I do not know if it is worth it.

This hotel is good located especially for people who come with the train to Goettingen. You can walk form the station to the hotel in less then 5 minutes and around are some very good restaurants located! Our room was clean and quiet and we slept well.

Staff were very accommodating. Spoke English and worked with my poor German. Inviting and helpful! Had to freeze ice packs for medication in order to keep it cold and they gladly helped. Hotel was very close to the train station which made arrival and departure easy! The beds were also very nice after a long plane ride! Slept great! Breakfast was very good with nice variety!

Excellent location, great value of money, clean, cozy and spacious room, really helpful staff, and I slept like a baby. The staff were professional and made the possibility to spread the virus to minimum while the experience were still pleasant. The check in procedure was smooth and whenever I asked for help, the reception always solved my problem. Cannot complain about anything because they were not only meeting all the standards of a nice hotel, they were beyond it.

Nothing at all, amazing hotel. I might also want to try out the other GHotels in Germany.

If we want to be picky, What I didn't like are the limited parking-slots in front of the hotel I would have liked to park directly in front of it But due to limited space ... However the park-house in the proximity was excellent alternative.

The hotel is located right across the railway station, so very close to the centre, but it's far away from the tracks, so you don't hear the noise. The furniture is brand new, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very good, with a selection of warm and cold meals - the smoked salmon is appreciated.

It is a matter of personal preference, but we would have preferred some colour in the room - white and gray is a bit too sterile. A picture in colour rather than a black-and-white would be nice. Some more vegetable options for the breakfast would also be appreciated.

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was rich enough. The location is just great, near the train station as well as to the city center
