We stayed at Pleno Madero for a night before a cruise and then two nights after. We asked the hotel for an airport transfer and were impressed by the speed of communication back and forward.  With the inflation in Argentina, they kept us abreast with the changes in transfer price. The transfer they arranged was good value and excellent service.  So much so, we used them every time for transfers.   Our room was available early on both occasions and the staff kept our luggage until the room was availabe.  The room was very clean, a good size and photos are an accurate reflection of them.  A kettle is also provided. The breakfast was superb with a large choice.  Eggs cooked to order, juices, various fresh fruits, meats, cheese and pastries. The staff were all excellent. Responding to messages was quick, and front desk very helpful.  The staff at breakfast are very pleasant and attentive. Loved our stay here.

Saw a fly and a few mosquitoes while having breakfast in the restaurant. All the electrical outlets in the room are loose. You plug in your chargers and they fall. Had to tape them to hold.

Well located, the bedroom was very spacious, the breakfast was varied and delicious. We don’t eat food that contains gluten and we had a really complete breakfast. The staff were great, friendly and professional and resolved issues right away.

Needs a bit of maintenance, some of the lift lighting was broken and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor.

A superb location to explore the heart of Buenos Aires. A boutique hotel which on its own is worthy of praise but when you add in the service received from each member of staff it becomes a location that is highly recommended

The only areas that I would improve are, a,stopper for the sink and more power sockets in the room, put them beside the bed plus include USB C and A connections

Well located. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the shower had excellent pressure. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Great tourist hotel if you want to be in the middle of everywhere. Excellent value for money.

Not a very good maintenance of the door knobs and bathroom extractor

The room was just perfect for me: nice, comfy bed and a wide, ample desk for me to work. Location was also great, a few blocks away from Puerto Madero restaurants and the San Telmo public market. The clerk was particularly friendly. She let me check in early, which was a real blessing.

Breakfast was good. Location good with easy access to main attractions. One block back from amin road which made it quiter. Staff were friendly.

More hangind and shelving for clothes could have been batter but okas we only stayed one night

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Was a pleasure to stay in the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and efficient. The central location is very pleasant

For me, there was a bit too much noise in the room: From construction work on the street and the rooms/doors were not sufficiently insulated for a business hotel like Own Madero is. The last night I had to move to a room at the back-side of the hotel, which was much quieter, although noise from the noisy neighbours could still be heard (not loud, but just enough to be wakened up).

The best part is perfect location. Breakfast was also very good.

Guest relations were a bit messy - first, my payment was lost and it took them almost half a hour to recover it. Second, there was an issue with the breakfast payment, which at the end costed me ~30 USD extra - quite an amount for Argentina if I may.
