The breakfast area was just across from the check-in desk. For the cost of room the breakfast that was provided was more than sufficient. The room was freshly painted and very clean. The flooring was LVP, which added to feeling of cleanliness. The flat screen TV worked and had a large selection of channels. The furnishings were adequate. There is a nice gazebo which was perfect for viewing the total eclipse. ( our purpose for traveling there) Convenient to several restaurants, drug store and grocery store.

The restroom was right next to the food and it was out of order. (Maybe that was intentional for sanitary purposes.) Being in the post-COVID era, I understand the need for extra sanitizing precautions. However, our room had a heavy odor of disinfectant. We had to run an ozone generator for a while to knock down the smell. We are both hypersensitive to such smells and usually travel with an air purifier.

The hot water in the shower was fantastic! Rarely have I stayed at a hotel where I could actually take a full shower with continuous hot water with great pressure! Also, there where only 2 chairs in the room so management let us borrow a couple from the lobby to accommodate board games with family during our stay!

There were no dressers so we had to keep our clothes in the suitcase. It really wasn’t a big deal since we were just visiting family but if I had had dress clothes, I would have been bothered by not being able to keep them from wrinkling. Also, the hair dryer seemed to be faulty. It was unplugged and when I tried to use it, the coils got super red and it shut off.

The couch in our room was old and tattered. It didn't match the cleanliness of the room. The room could have used a couple of chairs and a table.

The value for the rooms and the location near our family were good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The soap and shampoo dispensers were outside the shower, so it was awkward to get to. The bed was a bit high off the floor, and the breakfast options were small, although there are other places to eat nearby.

There was roadwork that made getting in and out a struggle. Once that's cleared up it looks like it will be pretty easy to come and go.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the price was right. the staff actually went out of their way to accommodate me by being sure to give me a room downstairs

Only because I had 2 young grandchildren with me I was a little concerned about some of the other guests appearance. however no one was indifferent or acted out in any way

The price of the rooms was good. Daily housekeeping services is a rarity these days and it was wonderful. The pool was clean. The motel is pet friendly.

The beds were too bouncy for two people. We booked early and asked for two non-smoking rooms close together but our daughter's non-smoking room was on the other side of the property, in a dark, sketchy corner, across from vending, and in the middle of a bunch of smoking rooms. Breakfast did not have any protein.

clean, interior and exterior well kept, gracious hosts (with an awesome recommendation for a local restaurant dining option.) EXCELLENT value for the $$. great bed, fresh linens, pet friendly. lots of hot water and great space to spread out. liked being able to park in front of my room (helped with loading and unloading of the car). Far enough off the road for things not to be noisy. Nice outside gathering area.

desk was kind of beaten up and night stand had loose trim. but for the $$ these were very small trade offs given the rest of the stay.

I didn’t do the breakfast, so I don’t know how that was. The location was perfect for my needs. It was easy in and out at the hotel.

There are no lamps it is only overhead lighting which I am not a fan of. I had to go to Walmart and pick up small lights to sit on the bedside table.

They were very accommodating. We had a family reunion and needed several rooms. They took care of everyone. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was small, but good. The pool was closed, we didn't have time to swim anyway, but if you have kids something to think about.
