Hotel is beautiful. We had issues with the toilet running and not flushing, but that was okay - I let the front desk and the text representative know as we were checking out. They were able to accommodate our early check-in request.

I would like to be reimbursed for the 2 breakfasts I paid for. Almost everything was out on the buffet when we went down and I went up 3-4 times and could not get any more eggs, bacon, turkey sausage. Had to ask for syrup because all out. Friend ordered breakfast and took 30-40 minutes to get pancakes because they were out of banana french toast. Although we were downstairs by 10:15am and buffet/breakfast to go to 11am, it was pretty bad. Another group left after looking at the buffet as again, most items were completely out.

Inviting hotel with great appeal! Staff was exceptional! Only discrepancy I had was breakfast was empty at 9am. I know ..I know..I’m usually an early riser and would have had a a hot meal, but I wasn’t able to check in until after midnight with flight delays and cancellations (imagine that). Overall, excellent choice for a really nice place to relax!!

Everything was excellent for our stay. We ate in the restaurant and the staff and food was excellent.

We did have a little excitement at 5 am. When someone pulled a fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building. But the staff was very professional during this process. Happy New year to all that was staying here

The hotel was very clean and the room was amazing just what we needed

At first they couldn't find our reservations and when we got there one guy asked for our id and we placed it in his hand and then he placed it on the counter never once looked up at us to see if the faces matched the ids next when given the keys he just put them on the counter never once playing us any attention which we found rude

Breakfast was awesome! My party and I enjoyed the dining options at the hotel as we also had dinner. There was so much space that we invited some friends that were not staying at the hotel to join us.

The fancy self serve coffee machine did not work as I ordered hot chocolate and it dispensed coffee. I was not refunded my money and it wasn't cheap. I was disappointed that no staff member could figure out how to fix the machine.

The staff was amazing and extremely supportive of my needs. My room was beautiful, and I felt safe. I had no problem getting the rest that I had so desperately needed. The airport shuttle driver made my commute to/from the airport enjoyable! Also, I only ate from the hotel restaurant- in the dining room and via room service... the food was excellent and the staff made my experience over the top!

My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer, lol.

The location was convenient and the staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with a work desk, living room with TV and small fridge and separate king sized bedroom. It's worth it to pay for the $25 upgrade to get access to the executive lounge on the 9th floor... 1 free complementary wine or beer with, plus free breakfast in the executive lounge the next morning. We had a nice visit.

The internet kept kicking us off. And it was a little slow to respond.

The staff was so friendly and helpful to me as a guest who was staying there due to a canceled flight. I was so thankful for your beautiful amenities and the front desk staff that gave me the toiletries I needed. The shuttle service was awesome too! Very friendly drivers. And overall your hotel is just gorgeous!

My favorite thing was the convenience of the digital check in and virtual key, I loved not having to keep up with a physical card. The glass door shower was my favorite part of the room. The hotel itself was so clean and well kept

Don't eat breakfast. Enjoy my stay, the room was nice and clean. The room service was good. I would love to stay again.

My reservations were changed without my knowledge, so I had to change rooms. The staff kept coming into the room. Other than that, everything was good.
