The front desk staff was AWESOME!!! Absolutely the friendliest people I have ever encountered staffed throughout the facility. Super clean and super comfy rooms. I can't brag enough about how wonderful our stay was. We recently welcomed twin grandbabies to our family so Mimi, Poppy, and the Aunties have found our perfect home away from home!

No Jacuzzi...lol! Seriously though, the pillows could be much firmer.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We didn't know the area, and the guy at the front desk told us how to get to the restaurant that we wanted to go to . He said it was very close and easy to get there. I was having surgery the following morning and had to be there before they serve breakfast. The next morning the lady opened up and let my husband get something to eat before we had to get to the hospital. Great staff here!

Was in the area for a show at The Carolina Theater. Hotel was an easy 5-10 minute car ride away over mostly residential streets ~ no need to get back on busy roads/highway. Situated across the street from hotel was Kickback Jack's restaurant/sports bar. Walked over for a quick meal before heading to the show which was a real convenience (good food too ~ check out their daily drink specials!). The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet (our top 3 requirements). Good breakfast selection and coffee available all day in the lobby. Upon arrival there were trays of freshly baked cookies as well. Will stay there again the next time we are in the area for a show.

Our room was exceptional. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very large, well laid out and even though we had two large windows facing the interstate hwy, it was extremely quiet. Breakfast was great. Hot and lot's of variety. Plenty of coffee! We were there for a show at the Performing arts center which was just 2 miles away. Great location and a decent restaurant/sports bar right across the street.

Maybe a couple of extra towels and wash cloths would be nice as there were 3 of us in a large suite. There were serious computer problems when we checked in and staff struggled with that and the room key printer wasn't working. The staff did the best they could and remained friendly and accommodating as possible. There was a unexpected charge on our bill when we checked out which required a followup call to the hotel manager who assured us the card would be refunded.

The breakfasts at this facility are exceptional. Eggs,( scrambled, omlets,) boiled eggs, great muffins, bagels, or bread for toast. Sausage or bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt. Take your pick.

We stay at this facility frequently. I am a Hilton Honors member. The price was about $40 higher than normal--even as listed on Booking.com--because of a festival in Raleigh. Feel the Hilton Honors should mean something

Great location. It was clean good size and great amenities like microwave stove and sink.

I didn’t like when asking staff for extra towels and wash clothes they only sent up less than what was requested. Pillows were very uncomfortable which is why I asked for extra

Bed was quite comfortable. Senior assisted shower seat and bar was a plus. Room darkening shade was cool. Room was big. AC was quiet. Refrigerator was big enough. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Parking lot construction was a bit distracting. Hard to maneuver.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a stocked bar for beer and wine and food when open.

Charging for coffee in the mornings is a bit of a disappointment and not having coffee readily available is also inconvenient.

Spacious room, very clean, comfortable beds. Checking in was easy, Jazmine was awesome and friendly. Definitely would stay there again

Pillows could have been a little firmer

Safe, clean. and honest staff. My child left their wallet w lots of cash (just had a birthday, so over $100) and housekeeping took it to the front desk who called me right away (about an hour after we checked out). They kept it safely locked away until we came back for it.
