Beds weren't good for sleeping. We usually stay on 3rd floor but this time got 7th and nope not again beds extremely worn out and were not queen size at all

The properties location is fantastic. It is right on the beach. It was a very peaceful stay. We stayed a week and enjoyed our time very much. For the price that we paid you could not have asked for a better resort. The tiki bar was fantastic. The bartender there, Kellz, it was fantastic and made great drinks!

There were only a couple downfalls one there is a hot tub. It is hot, but there are no bubbles. Their pump is not working or needs to be fixed. We had one issue with our stove. We had to keep the breaker turned off on it because it would not shut off and it would shock you when you cooked. And they do have a full kitchenette, but they do not have any type of skillet other than a little tiny pancake skillet so you might want to bring one of those.

Reasonable price for a place on the beach. I also liked that it had a separate room for living room and kitchen. Sunsets were fantastic from the balcony or the beach.

Could use some updates on facilities but very comfortable. Did not appreciate the extra unexpected $250 hold on a credit card or debit card hold that was for security deposit ( not sure if that's what they called it ) ,would have been nice to be known about this prior to arrival. We were on a budget for this trip and this unexpected hold on our funds put a damper on our VACATION!!!!! DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT!!!!

The staff at beachcomber are very nice.

The condition of the hotel is dated and some of the rooms are sort of falling apart. Me and my family do stay here every year because the staff is totally nice but the hotel needs updating the only thing I'm afraid of is if the hotel gets updated the prices will skyrocket and we have been staying here for years. The room was clean but very very very dated. The linens were clean everything was wiped down properly. So the room was clean within reason there were no straight hairs or anything like that in the tub or on the sinks everything was clean the hotel just really needs to be updated that's all it's not a staff fault at all.

Great location, and our room was very clean. The hotel rooms are undergoing renovations to upgrade floors and other things. Our room was very cute. The first room is the bedroom when you open the door, then there is a small efficiency kitchen next with the bathroom being off the kitchen. The kitchen also connects to the living room which has a sofa with a bed and a table to sit at and eat and then the balcony outside is after that. The window is tinted so the room doesn't get hot from the sun when you have the blinds open for the view. Came with dishes and everything. The view is AMAZING. The pool and hot tub were great too. The tiki hut is a nice touch for drinks by the pool or beach. On the quiet side of PCB too. They cleaned the pool and hot tub every morning and put towels out on the chairs. The tiki hut has a very nice area with party lights, music, and tables-which makes it a nice area to sit and eat or have a few drinks next to the tiki hut. Really nice at sunset! will stay here again next year, regardless of the few hiccups because overall it was great!

The front desk refused to allow early check in so there was a HUGE line of people checking in all at once and the poor desk girl was overwhelmed and asked for help but the guy kept telling her he would be back and wouldn't return until conveniently the line of people was gone. He was not a team player at all. Next, only 1 elevator worked which made the wait terrible, especially when the hotel key kept deactivating and I had to go up and down a few times to get it reactivated (I was at the top, 7th floor, for the gorgeous and amazing view but spent awhile waiting, several times during the week, and many others had the same issue.) The beds could be a bit more comfy but not terrible.

Lobby staff was overwhelmed when we arrived during spring break. But when we came back downstairs and asked to have our assigned room on the second floor changed because the ocean view was totally obscured by palm trees, they worked to find us another room. After a short wait we were given an end room on the seventh floor, one floor below penthouse level. The view was spectacular and the peaceful quiet despite the spring break customers was perfect!

Under the circumstances, there was absolutely nothing to quibble about and we have zero complaints.

The location was down from the main part of the strip, so traffic wasn't terrible, plus there was a grocery store and CVS just right across the road. The beds are soft, they offer different type pillows so you can find the right one. The continental breakfast was muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal juice, apples, and milk. ,

They do not have enough parking for all the guests staying. Some guests have to park in an abandoned parking lot across the road where there's no video surveillance.

The beach view is spectacular. Love having a kitchenette. The staff was all very pleasant to work with. The room was clean and well stocked.

We had to clean the outside window due to a terrible thick buildup and streaks so we could see the view of the beach from inside. The room itself was clean and well stocked. Bathroom floors are in need of replacement. Elevators could have been cleaner as well. When we first started staying here we could see and smell the clean in them.

I can't tell you all the names, however the 10am staff was super cool to me and made me feel welcome immediately. (Staff names: ) Specifically TiKi bar "KAYANEKA" "NATTISSIA" Super cool, would abopt them if they would let me! And Tony at the desk was cool 2. MANAGER: " TONYA!" damn it I lov her too! If I could buy the 809 room & the next room, I'd NEVER LEAVE! If you ha e a bonus plan... Tripple it & add a 2 uear collage scholarship! They work happy, hard, always with a smile and kindness. Even if they had to say no, it never made me feel bad or hurt! Add a 2 week all inclusive resort to the bonus they deserve it!!!

The gulf water was a bit warm for me. Not the resorts responsibility. I don't like I cannot give them a rating of TWENTY FIVE HOUDRED. MANY BLESSINGS!

The staff was friendly, the view was amazing as always.

Upon my arrival I had to clean the bathroom , as there was long strands of black hair in the tub , on the toilet, in the counter. My sheets had makeup on the side, and one pillow was stained or dirty. I didn’t report it bc I was only going to be there for the two nights but, I think the cleanliness could’ve been better. I stayed before at this place several times and never had any issues. I love it here
