The hotel location is great for shopping, the customer service of the hotel staff was great as well. The bed and the air condition was comfortable and the space in the room. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. I would stay again mainly of location convenience to turnpike and I-95.

The decor of the rooms are in need of updating and the rooms needs proper clean especially the bathrooms. Some of the lights fixtures and switches weren't working.The price wasn't worth the room of the king suite but it was convenient. This hotel didnt have any luggage carts but stated replacements were already ordered.

The entire staff was very nice and helpful. They made us feel at home and like family. The rooms were clean and cozy. The beds will hold u hostage because of how soft and comfy they were.😅 Breakfast was delicious and a lot of options to choose from. I will definitely return and recommend the hotel to others

The only issues I encountered was the tv and the pool.The tv was not working. We reported the issue to front desk and we were informed that maintenance would look into it the following day. He came the next day and had to get another tv out of an empty room. That tv did work however it was unable to switch channels and had to stay on the news channel, (much to the disappointment of my son).Then the tv would freeze and only able to hear audio and no visual. We were told that most of the TV's at the hotel were having the same problem.We went to the pool but couldn't go in because it wasn't cleaned from the previous day.Those were the only issues,other than that our stay was amazing. I would highly recommend and this will be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Fort Lauderdale

I went down there to get away from hurricane Milton I have a local bank I had no way of contacting my bank due to power loss I had money in my checking account but it was locked due to me being far from home I felt the staff wasn't nice considering my reason for being there

I enjoyed the breakfast that they offer. It's mainly carbs, but a fresh made waffle has never hurt anyone. The staff is very attentive, we had an issue with our rooms AC and they sent someone immediately to fix it. It's nothing to spectacular as a hotel and the amenities it offers, but it's good for what you pay. My friend and I mainly used the hotel as a place to just store our things since we were going to be out the majority of our stay. But it was very pleasant to return there and rest and relax. The checkout time is perfect as well. Noon is just right to leave. Not too early, not too late.

They could have cleaned the bedrooms a little more. I found in the window a water bottle that I wasn't sure who it was from. They should offer a little more of a selection for breakfast as well.

Silence, easy access to the hotel, very close to supermarket and some fast stores, initial cleaning of the room, staff assistance. Acceptable breakfast, nothing great but good and simple

We were told there is not much breakfast don't fill up your plate. Leave some for the other guest. I asked for coffee The hostess said, didn't have any. This was at 6 am Next morning my wife and I decided to leave the hotel and have breakfast at a restaurant.

The bed was so comfortable. Also, loved having a microwave & refrigerator in the room.

The "free breakfast" was a joke!!! I'm from NYC & not used to making my own toast & no room service!!! Also, there was no ice in the ice machine on my floor!!!! I was furious!!!!😠 As hot as it is in FLL, all floors should ice!!!

Cleanliness the kids loved the pool housekeeping was nice made sure we had what we needed breakfast was ok

The office person was a little unkind but it was alot of ppl she probably was overwhelmed the pool was supposed to be closed at 9 they close it at 6 didn't understand that part

The employees were nice, hospitable, and very helpful with everything that needed to be done to make us and other customers comfortable.

Some of the drainage in the sinks were very slow. We had to lift the stopper in order for it to drain a bit faster. The tub had rust spots around the drain hole.
