The staff was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive despite how clearly overwhelmed they were as I was checking in. The room was quite spacious with separate sleeping and sitting areas which made a long stay more comfortable.

The facilities were a bit dated, the TV did not work and the peephole in my door was shattered so I could not see who was at the door unless I opened it.

My bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby after a 12 hour to get there. The location was perfect plenty of places nearby to grab a quick bite to eat. And the breakfast at the hotel was ok as welll

I did not like the fact that there's only 1 elevator and it's all the way on one end of the hotel.

The staff. They were amazing. I also loved the ice dispensers, the washers and dryers and the location.

I didn't likr that there wasn't much variety fof breakfast. I would hsve appreciated some eggs or sasauge and more fruits.

The carpeted floor in my room had a sticky spill on it that constantly stuck to my feet. The shower handle was defective, but I worked with it. I informed the staff at the end of my stay. The breakfast was sparse, and closes at 9:30 am which is far too early.

great location conveniently off interstate 20 tucked off the main road so as not noisy. rooms were clean and staff was friendly. coinvent to multiple places to eat within a five minute or less drive.

the morning breakfast was okay. I have had better at quality inns in the past. But overall was not bad.

No outside entrance to rooms, convenient location near bank restaurant and highway. Big clean comfortable bed and hot water clean shower. Waffle and cereal

No hot water at bathroom sink, near renovation area, fitness center and no Coke products machine that accepts cards. No cheese grits and meat for breakfast

What one expects of daily breakfast offerings. It was adequate. The location of the property was CENTRAL to our needs from shopping to visitations, to restaurants nearby.

Housekeeping to what we're accustom was NOT offered on a daily basis. The workers ONLY accommodated by changing the towels -when requested and emptying the trash. Upon checkout we were informed that daily housekeeping to include making of the beds, MUST be requested at check-in. Had we been informed, we would have requested and even paid for such services.

The staff at the front desk were very courteous and professional . The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is close to places to the mall and restaurants. I would stay here again.

There were only two towels in the bathroom; however, they did provide more when I asked.

The pool, the size of the room, and the location. You're literally 2 minutes from I-20. Plus, there's a lot of places to eat and get snacks that are within walking distance.

The young lady at the front desk was not very friendly. We were having issues with one of the vending machines and asked for quarters since the machine was rejecting our dollar bills. It seemed as though she didn't want to be bothered.

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn Suites Decatur - Atlanta East. We loved the cleanliness of the room, the quietness of the hotel, and the friendly staff. The hotel location is awesome. It's within walking distance from a QT which is open 24 hours. We will definitely stay here again.

Not sure if the pandemic had anything to do with it, but we did not like the breakfast. Everything was basically finished by the time we got there each morning (early or late). The options were limited. We were also not too pleased with one member of the housekeeping staff. She was rude to us when we put garbage outside our door, not for them to pick up, but for us to remember to take when we left. She was very unprofessional.
