The staff working at Clarion on April/23-24 were so wonderful to me. They were helpful, polite, and so easy to work with. I didn't expect too much initially as I just wanted to be near the airport. The staff deserve a lot of credit for doing their jobs well.

Honestly, it's always the clients. These weird people were walking around without shoes on, smoking in the elevators and in their rooms, and created a huge mess in the kitchen on the morning of April/24. How can the staff keep up with all of this when some of the clients keep messing things up for everyone else?

Staff friendly and helpful. Clean hotel

We checked in late night. I paid for room in full before arriving but the clerk said she had to have my card to verify. They had already taken the funds from my bank and I told her this. She also needed my drivers license which is standard but having to run my card 2 or 3 times no. Then she told us breakfast would start at 9 am. Which if my spouse would not have gone done to smoke at 8 am we would not have been able to eat.

when we entered there was printer problem lady had problem get computer to work for her and when we got to the hallways they were fillty dirty with no explanation so in the elevator and of to the room wondering how the room would be a little nervous we entered the room and it looked clean sheets were clean and lots of hot water

The side door box to get in was broken and either door I used was quite a long walk and traveling by myself I like to get in ,also some people propped the door open with a rock ,and it made me feel a little unsafe knowing anyone could enter the hotel,

The bed was the softest

The prices to every room went up so I couldn't stay for another week with my autistic son

The BREAKFAST was superb, and exceeded that which was provided at the other hotel we stayed at in Michigan, some 90 miles away (closer to relatives). OURS was a one-night stay at your facility, next to the airport, after we landed LATE Monday evening.

Strange. My wife and I have stayed at a number of different hotels over the years. NEVER has a hotel room not had at least one, small waste basket -- but our room did not have one in either the bathroom or the main portion of the room. We were too tired to visit the front desk that night after our trip, but it was rather a pain-in-the rear to NOT have access to a waste basket. The breakfast WAS superior, however, to the other hotel we stayed at up North, which was more expensive, too.

Check in was quick and easy, the breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable.

The door to the bathroom wouldn't close because it was hanging slightly off the wall. The tiles around the spa tub had some sort of glue on them, there were hairs in the tub and the mini fridge didn't work properly and there is no fan in the bathroom. For the price I paid, I expected a more updated room.

I didn't like how customers were leaving there trash bags in hallways and putting a brick in the door to keep it open, safe violation.

One of the side doors doesn't need a key to enter or go in, that means any person could walk in to the Hotel, for security reasons is good for all the doors to use a key slot

No working tv remote even after going to front desk for remote it still did not work and I was told I would have to wait another day for maintenance to program remote
