Staff was fabulous, price was reasonable, the bathroom & sheets were clean, it was wonderful having a breakfast option, & it was wonderful to be able to get one room for my whole family with the comfortable sofa bed!

The pool was too small & overcrowded & unfortunately they didn’t have a hottub, which would would have been marvelous after all the driving. There was one little spot on the outside wall / tub joint, where the caulk had some red growth that needed a bit of bleach & the bedroom walls were due for a wipe down, but fridge & microwave were clean, the room didn’t smell overly fragranced so it felt like the staff’s effort to keep it clean is working.

The manager Minne working the desk was super friendly and went above and beyond with restaurant discounts and local directions. The beds were comfy and clean. The breakfast was good for continental breakfast but the big thing that was excellent about it: they kept stocking fresh food right up until the 10am cutoff. Like literally replenishing food 5 minutes before. Most hotels stop an hour before cutoff which sucks if you sleep in. So here 5 stars on the breakfast service. Thank you!!

Please keep the bandaids stocked in the pool.

I recently stayed at comfort suites Southgate-Detroit with my family, and our experience was truly exceptional. The property was immaculately clean, and the receptionist, along with the entire staff, demonstrated warmth and professionalism. Kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel for families seeking a delightful getaway.

All the staff we interacted with was so kind and friendly. They keep all areas of the hotel clean. The breakfast is good. When we checked in, I actually recognized the front desk manager, Jackie Minner, from when we stayed in March. I remembered how nice she was from our last trip and this time she was even more so. This is definitely our preferred hotel every time we come up to visit family.

My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The waffle machine at the breakfast was easy to use and they had sugar free syrup. Excellent location. We walked to restaurants in the evening.

I got what I thought was a king jacuzzi suite. Online there were pictures of a jacuzzi tub. I didn’t get one. There were also some kids running back and forth on the floor above me. And why no ice machine on the second floor? One on the third, one on the first, not one on the second.

Need to upgrade coffee and condiments. I asked for real creamers and extra coffee in my room I got a reply that they would grant my request in both KingSuites I reserved, but no one followed through and did it. That was really disappointing for me and my guest in the other room.

Clean white bed linens.Clean carpet did not dirty the bottom of our white socks.We had a power outage on the coldest day of the year.the other hotels i felt were price gauging..doubled in price for this day..this hotel had the most decent rate and they were full same as the rest.Also located in middle of a lot of restaurants/fast food within walking distance.

I did not like that the remote was too old for a smart TV could not stream my phone to watch what I really wanted to watch furthermore I couldn't get a ground level that I preferred I hope next time I'm able to thank you

The staff are outstanding. Shout out to Jackie and Janice particularly I did not get the name of the head of housekeeping but she was so accommodating. Breakfast was good. Everything being cleaned constantly. Nice guest laundry

The breakfast was good with a lot of variety of food. It would be beneficial to travelers with children if they can add chocolate milk and other items that would be beneficial to a child's diet as well as, plant-based meat patties and also keep the vegetarian items in separate containers to avoid cross-contamination of the meat/vegetarian items. The front-desk manager Roye has been a wonderful host during our stays on different occasions.

The Rooms that were originally allocated on the Ground floor were very noisy with visitors (adults running down the halls and making loud noises). A large number of young adults were having a party all night and during the morning hours too. The Front desk night managers should be able to control the noise level during the hours of 11 pm to 6.00 am. The Entrance door on the side of the building is not safe at night as the doors are propped open by the guests.. The cars in front of the room windows were very disturbing.
