The hotel is a good price-performance option. It is not exceptional, but there was nothing wrong - the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is a good option for a shorter stay, but if you are staying for more than a few days, note that there are no wardrobes or storage space to unpack your luggage. Note that it is not immediately close to the public transport stations - you need a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus station and a 20-minute walk to the nearest metro station, so the transport to the nearest tourist attraction points in the centre (e.g., Arc de Triomphe) will take around 50 minutes. The hotel is situated in a quiet and clean business area and we felt safe walking the streets, even by night, so I recommend it for women travelling alone.

Room was clean and bright, breakfast was delicious with a good selection available. Most staff were helpful. It is quite a distance from the main attractions, but a lovely walk into Paris 1 hour walk to Arc de Triomphe. Could see the Seine and top of the Eiffel tower from our room. Kids thought the bed layout was brilliant.

It was quite a distance from the centre. When we asked staff for information about walking or getting the metro she just said she didn't know & we should just get a taxi.

The receptionist when we checked in was very kind, provided early check in, always very friendly, speaking English and answering all our questions. The bathroom and bed linen were very clean with no stains or hair.

Small and old towels, there is no minibar in the room and there was a lot of dust under the bed.

The room looks good. It was clean though we had a little visitor. A separate washroom and bathroom which is also helpful incase we'll be using it at the same time. Breakfast was decent. Loved how fresh their croissants are. The guy receptionist (forgot to ask his name) is very accommodating, friendly and is really a great help. Speaks perfect English which is really helpful for tourists like us. Would love to be back again.

Only one lift was working when we checked-in which was actually fine however, during breakfast hours where everyone's coming in, it gets a little busy and the lift is really taking time.

The room and the whole hotel were very cleaned. The personnel at the reception nice and friendly. The coffee machine in the hall was a savior.

The distance from the closer metro station is totally OK. A bit long and not very nice if it raining or you need to carry a big luggage. The ares is residential, not so many options in the surroundings to have a nice dinner outside.

The room is clean and well insulated. Since it's without air-con, in summer we have to close the windows not to let the hot air goes inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. Another thing we like is the safe and reasonable private parking price for parisian standard.

None. It's best if you stay and come here by car or by bus. Since it's a quite far walking distance to Metro and during canicule/ heatwave, be prepared as it can be unbearable to reach the public transport.

Great location - 15 minutes of walking from the nearest tube and the RER train stations. The room was cleaned daily and the same were the towels changed. Quiet and quite comfortable for the size and money - just for a few days stay. Good breakfasts. The staff was very helpful and friendly. No problems with communication in English, and, as I heard, Spanish. Parking with acces to the elevator and hotel reception.

It wasn't most convenient to get on a bunk bed, so some people may struggle. There was only one lift working so you could either queue, or use the stairs - not a problem for us, but again, it may be for some. Not much space to hang the clothes - at least for three of us.

Room was really very clean and comfortable. There also was friendly night Porter.

Was shocked that I had to pay city tax. I did prepayment via booking and don’t expect any extra payment. I wish this payment was included. Little bit far from metro but if you use taxi - it’s fine. Just 15 euro to centre of Paris

Last minute booking. Suited us perfectly for a place to sleep and park our car. Compact sleeping, our daughter loved the bunk bed. Shower and toilet was small but again, clean and did the job. Bonus was seeing the top of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Didn’t eat or use restaurant. Staff were very helpful
