A lovely hotel and very central to all the areas of interest in a nice street. Great that you could open the windows and let the sun shine into the room. Very comfortable beds.

I thing for 20 euros the breakfast could have been better with more hot options. The scrambled eggs were disappointing as they were just left in a saucepan and looked very dry, fried eggs are always a good option. I also thought the staff were not very knowledgeable when approaching them with questions. We asked one lady when we departed how often the trains ran from Strasbourg to the airport and she told me that there was a rail strike that day. We found out later that the airport shuttle trains were running as normal after we had paid for a taxi.

The best things about Boma are the unique, African-inspired design and the location directly in the heart of the city. Rooms are big enough for 2, with a cozy and warm atmosphere due to a nice color concept and use of different fabrics. You have a water kettle and different kinds of tea to serve yourself and you can drink soft drinks from the fridge for free - I really love such details. Also, you can use lockers for the luggage if you want to leave them while waiting for your trip. Once you leave the hotel, you are directly in pedestrian zone and can reach the most important sights in less than 15 minutes. In the same street are nice restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery and shops. So everything perfect!

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, with smoked salmon, goat chees, boiled and scrambled eggs, mushrooms, sausages, baked tomatoes, bacon's, and lots of jams, nuts and traditional sweets.

Although there was a good breakfast, I missed vegetables and good coffee in the breakfast menu. There was a coffee machine, but the coffee wasn"t good, it could have been better.

Loved the staff, cleanliness, the room, the beds and the shower. All great. Good breakfast. Great location.

No parking available onsite - the parking was already booked up and b/c of the Christmas market season, nearby parking was difficult. One of our party had an injured knee, so it made logistics difficult. The only other thing I didn't like is that there was no lobby for the use of guests - no place to have a picnic or share take away food - just the downstairs restaurant.

The hotel's great location means everything you need is just a stone's throw away. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the complimentary minibar in your room, restocked daily. Oh, and they even give you a discount on parking. Plus, the place is super clean, which just makes your stay even better.

While the idea of a discount on parking was nice, it didn't quite pan out. And those mornings with a barking dog next door? Not the best wake-up call. Figuring out the AC was a bit of a puzzle, too. Oh, and breakfast? Delicious, but definitely not worth the hefty 20 € price tag considering the good options you have around you.

It is a very, very nice, clean, and at really great location hotel. Ticks all the boxes for 4-star place. My room was at the back, not the greatest view in the world but absolutely quiet. Walking distance from train station and even closer to Petite France and other attraction in the old town. Attentive and helpful staff. Efficient check-in and check-out. Quality stay. Will return.

My stay was just 2 nights so maybe a bit too short to notice anything. One issue, providing you're on business trip, is the size of the desk and place to work for anything longer than 30 mins.

Love this hotel! Second time I stayed here. Everything is so beautifully designed and well maintained, it is so cosy. All perfectly clean. The beds are so comfy and I like the bathtub in the bathroom, it fills quickly and is so relaxing. Location is perfect, a short walk from the station and right in the middle of everything. The gym had everything necessary except a sauna is missing. The lockers for the last day were perfect. I will definitely be back.

The staff were not overly friendly but not bad either. There is a restaurant downstairs but there are not really any common areas, to lounge around while waiting. You can do it in the restaurant but then need to buy a drink, it is not a big deal though. But it closes at 10pm or so. Also, I booked a superior room but the view was not great and it was on the first floor so not worth it.

I had an email from the hotel prior to checking in to ask if I wanted recommendations for places to eat - half of the places they suggested are permanently closed Staff not as enthusiastic as I’d hoped to provide recommendations etc

Overall the Boma was great. The girl at the front was nice enough to help us with dinner reservations on night and she was very helpful! The BOMA is located on a busy shopping street and convenient to the city. We were there for the Christmas Markets. We ate breakfast there one morning and it was very well presented and service was good.

Room was small, but average to European standards. A very long walk to the parking garage at the museum, which was the closest public parking garage.

Excellent location to the train and sites. Everything was walkable. The room was a nice size. The bed was comfy cozy and the shower was the best I have ever experienced. Large rain shower with lots of hot water. Music in the hallways was a nice touch. Guy at the front desk gave us great dinner suggestions where we didn’t need a reservation .

On site Restaurant was not staffed properly. Would have been nice to eat breakfast there or have an early coffee or a late drink but didn’t bother after experiencing a long wait for a hot wine. We enjoyed walking across the street to the bakery and a nearby Starbucks.
