It was good

In the last dau of our stay with my girlfriend, at 4:30 in the morning someone tried to open our door and even made it and get in the room. This cost a lot of fear in my girlfriend as she started crying because she was very frightened. This is not a pleasant experience for both of us. Pleae male a contact with me as soon as possible so i can create a claim.

It was like expected. The room was fine, the distance from the metro is short. I can only recommend it!

The accomodation should be with included breakfast and parking. Even if the parking is additionally charged, it should be lower I think.

Good location, good room, coffee machine

The level of cleanliness is not satisfactory. One day the room was partially cleaned, without garbage removal (on the grounds that the cleaning button was not pressed). When I contacted the reception, no apology was received.

New building, very clean, not crowded, good staff, good view.

The surrounding area needs more attention. The parking lot was not clean. There were random people on the property. On the last day, someone knocked the door and asked if we were going to check out which was weird. The parking was a bit expensive.

Proximity to the metro station, though finding it was a bit difficult as there is no signage facing the main road.

No eating outlets or grocery shops in the nearby vicinity. Had to travel to Bijmer ArenA to get some decent food and eating options

I love that the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location that we could access the metro easily, and it was easy to get to the arena.

I hated the fact that we kept going to the reception for one complaint and another with little to no solution. 1st, there were not enough towels for 4 people. Then, the toilet paper, the most annoying part is when we went to the receptionist to lay out our discomfort about the toilet paper they had wanted to push the blame to us saying we didn't request for a room clean meanwhile we did and our room was actually cleaned just that no single toiletries. Then, there were no single apologies for the discomfort. Rather, they asked if that was all. I consider that act poor service because we paid and expected value for money in all areas.

- Clean - comfortable - able to store luggage - parking for those who need it - location close to nearby train networks and very easy to get everywhere needed and also good walk to the arenas. - quiet and peaceful - smoking areas - good heating controls in room - amazing toiletries - love the shower - felt safe - staff could’ve been more welcoming and polite - good black out curtains

- if the room is ready you shouldn’t have to pay extra to check in early. Unnecessary way of making money. I showed up about an hour early and was asked to make a payment to check in early despite the room being ready. I declined. - works going on in the second hotel block where I was staying without any notice of this. - had to pay about 4/5 euros for water - should have this complimentary. - the area could be a negative to someone as not much in the area and requires a good trip to get to anywhere - coffee machine appeared broken and couldn’t use it would eat the pods and leak water so I unplugged and didn’t use. - markings on interior of the room that devalues the room could easily be fixed

The room was Amazing 😍 very big, VERY BIG!! I got a room for 4 bedroom even if I was just one, so I've had a lot of space for me. Everything was clean and cosy. It was very close to the Ziggo Dome (my main destination) and the metro is 2 mins by walk far.

The position is great, but if you are in Amsterdam for partying, and you have to back to the hotel at 4 a.m or 5a.m o'clock so then this hotel is quite far and not so easy to reach during the autumn/winter time. During the summer is different cause you definitely will appreciate stay out longer

Dear travelers, Google Maps shows not quite the right route from the metro station to the hotel. If you find the sign as in the photo - you will reduce the travel time by THREE TIMES! From 3.5 min till 1 min. It was a delightful surprise. Otherwise, the hotel has everything you need in the room, everything is clean, everything is decent, a refrigerator, a coffee machine and all the amenities. Sincerelly recomendations.

I don't like windows that don't open, and I also don't like windows that open into a vent. But when I checked in, with the easiest self-check-in, the system gave me a 4-bed room, and I was alone, so it's a sin to be unhappy with the windows. )) I also don't like individual packages of shampoos and shower gels, it's easier for me when there is a stationary option. If you update the design a little, then this is a 4-star hotel, and today it is almost 4 stars.
