Saad (Hotel Manager) and Raja (Reception) were super helpful throughout our stay. The customer service was top notch and they were very accommodating. Mohamed from the bar and Fatima from housekeeping were also lovely.

The breakfast was okay, the hotel could do with an uplift in general. The hallways to the rooms are a bit dark.

first of all all the staff were very nice and accommodating and they did their best to let us feel comfortable and welcome from reception to staff working in the breakfast buffet to cleaning lady(Thank you fatimah, zakaria, ...). they did let us check in earlier than normal time and also provide us with extra big bed for our kid, which was very nice. sitting in the lobby was very pleasant for us. enjoyed the fantastic interior. looked like a palace ceiling. check the photos i attached.

unfortunately the pool water was not warm enough for swimming which was disappointing specially for our kid. info in the website states that the pool is open all year around so from sunny Marrakesh and 5 star hotel we were expecting that they would warm up at least the small kids pool (which is very possible by installing couple solar panel)

I am a disabled person and wheelchair user The staff , general manager Mr Saad and receptionist staff Mr Ahmed and assistant ,were extremely helpful ,our room was very comfortable with large bed and bathroom. It was kept clean by Nadia everyday it was spotless The Hotel itself smelt lovely, a most beautiful place I was able to use the pool and enjoy all facilities. Lunch and dinner menu were reasonably priced with enough selection if you didn't want to venture out although it would be a shame not to take advantage of other restaurants near by. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

The only thing I would recommend is that for a disabled person grab rails should be fitted in the toilet area to assist with that function and a shower chair should be made available. I had to use a plastic garden chair, which was adequate but not ideal

We had an amazing stay here. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, especially Anflous Mohammed who works at the pool bar. He went above and beyond to help with my husbands strict dietary requirements, and was a very friendly gentleman. Great at his job and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is lovely and we will definitely be back. Everything you want and need isn't far away. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the lobby, it is stunning. Breakfast was great with lots of options, the room was spacious and clean. All the food was tasty and made to order . The pool is fabulous too. Again, a special Thank You to Anflous, you went above and beyond for us, no matter what we asked, you helped us with.

Some broken furnishings in the room. Hotel in general has seen better days, i.e. door alarm beeps upon entering, balcony doors don't close fully, etc., but nothing dramatic.

We had a large double room which had beautiful 180 degree views of the city where we could see the early morning balloon flights in the distance on the sunny mornings and were upgraded during our stay to an beautiful and huge junior suite over lloking the pool. The staff were extremely helpful from housekeeping and room service to the front of house team who couldn't do enough for you to ensure you had everything you needed. Big shout out to Fatima who was great especially given our limited french her English was a blessing :) Great Cocktails in the bar and lovely to be able to sit around a pool after a day around the city especially roaming the Medina, and in January too!

Lack of decent air conditioning, to be fair we didn't see if they had any fans but I would expect decent air con in a hot country, but this is not a modern new hotel to be fair.

The staff were incredible and really looked after us, Manager Saad always stopped to see how we were doing and offered assistance if needed. We were offered our own personal Moroccan meal in the restaurant, which was a highlight of our trip. We got a real experience into the culture of Morocco. The hotel was beautiful and incredibly quiet for most of our stay. Even though it was Ramadan, we were able to get beer from the hotel, which was amazing!

The only issue we had during our stay was noise from a joining room. It states that the rooms are soundproofed. However, you can hear everything through the joining door, and we were unfortunately woken up by a guest at 3:00am one night, which wasn't ideal. We stayed during Ramadan, which was a lovely experience. However, we did not check beforehand what facilities would be available during this this time. The Bar and Spa was closed, which was a surprise (Our fault for not checking though).

Staff are super friendly and really helped me. The rooms are exceptional. I had a junior suite and it was so big and spacious with a balcony view of the pool. Jacuzzi bath with salts etc which I really needed after a stressful morning. I would 1000% recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to marrakech.

I found it difficult to speak with room service and I couldn't see the menu in the room anywhere. Reception said I could order anything at all but the person on the phone didn't understand me. Not a complaint though this was simply a language barrier issue.

Reviews weren’t great but I don’t know what people want. Beautiful hotel with a large, immaculately clean swimming pool. Was upgraded to a Deluxe room at check in. Huge room with a balcony. Very good breakfast of fresh fruit, meats & cheese, yoghurt, pastries & pancakes. Located just outside the old city wall & a 10 minute walk to the old town.

The photos of the gym are misleading. There are just 2 treadmills & a few dumbbells. Booked because of the gym but fortunately there was a lovely, wide footpath along the old city wall to run.
