Modern and cozy Luxury Suite, quality kitchen with all necessary equipment (we're cooking), delicious coffee (capsules), large and comfortable bed, TV with channels (No SmartTV). Responsive and friendly hotel receptionist. Good sauna on the 7th floor with terrace and charming landscape view. The hotel located in a beautiful an quite place. Excellent restaurant on the 1th floor - delicious, prices matches the quality. If we travel to Otepaa again, we will gladly return to this hotel.

We didn't find any flaws. Everything is thought out for a good rest.

Flat is very clean and modern, I was travelling with family of 4 people hence booked 75sq m flat, it was enough space for us. Property has its own parking and located just in front of the lake and next to the beach. Check in and check out went smoothly, flat is well equipped, we have enjoyed our stay.

We booked breakfast which was good, but I think choice was a bit limited for the price. In addition, we had dinner in the restaurant, which is considered to be one of the very good ones in the region, however, I found it alright - staff could be a bit more friendlier and attentive, we got a better service in a simple restaurant in a small village next to Peipsi lake than here, prices are above average for the dishes, I had higher expectations..

Size of the room, top class restaurant experience.

The rooms are not quite equipped the way to be called luxury appartments. The luxury appartment we rented was very spacious in the sitting area with a vast empty space (it looked like it was lacking some furniture that had been removed - a sofa, maybe? ) and a small table with only two chairs whereas the sleeping area was crammed.

Only Two minor things: extra bed was quite spartan. Restaurant wants to be high-end... it's not bad, but for these prices you can get in many places all around Estonia remarkable better food.

I loved the apartment. Lot of sun light and cozy. Quality equipment and kitchen. Beautiful location with clean lake near the hotel. Staff is very polite and helpful.

The best stay(s) we had in Estonia, ever (this time we stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with sauna). Made the breakfast ourselves, the necessary equipment was available in the kitchen. We had dinner in the pub next door, but the hotel also has its own highly regarded restaurant. All opportunities for outdoor activities. The hotel also has a gym. There are saunas, separate for men and women. Dryer for the winter period (hotel is close to all opportunities for snowy activities). NB! Pictures on the website are accurate, but couches in main room are better now :)

Maybe a couple of hangers in the bathroom in addition would have been perfect ;) and as the temperature sensor in the apartment sauna is located in a slightly wrong place, the sauna temperature must be selected accordingly, but otherwise just what you need after a long day out!

Very well located, just meters from the lake Pühajärve. Children’s playground as well next to the hotel. Very good breakfast!
