The room is modern, clean with a good style

When ordering a room, there was no notification that spa area is for additional fee. Usually it is included in the hotel price. So we had to pay extra for each person and each visit which is 2 hour maximum.

Very comfortable, cozy and stylish hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. In March when I visited the hotel with my friend, we had the spa only for the two of us, as well as the breakfast area. The unexpected privacy was super amazing. The breakfast was very tasty and with table service. I liked that I could choose how I wish the eggs to be cooked, as well as if I want a crepe. Also, the radio in the room was a nice touch, because we could hear some music while getting ready. We booked a massage, which was amazing.

Unfortunately, the steam sauna was not working during our visit. However, there are two saunas, so we were still able to use the other sauna.

Frost Boutique Hotel is one of the best boutique hotels to stay when visiting Pärnu. It is definitely in my TOP 3 picks whenever I visit Pärnu. It has very nice rooms, one time they even upgraded to Family Room just for 2 of us, which was very spacious and comfy. The rooms are always clean, well-organized, and comfy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is super good. It is located in the heart of the old town of Pärnu, and it's quiet, and everything is within walking distance. Perhaps, if you want to be near the beach, then it might be a little stretch, although, Pärnu is a very small town, and you will just walk to the beach in 15 minutes. What I also like about Frost Boutique Hotel is the restaurant, Mon Ami. It's one of the best restaurants in town, definitely in my TOP5 picks. The quality of food is always superb and it has that a la carte restaurant feeling. And you'll have your breakfast also there, which is very nice. They will make you a fresh omelet or fried egg as you wish. Now they even have a brand new relaxing area with a small pool. So, the place is so comfy and well planned, you will have a perfect relaxed vacation without even needing to leave the premises.

Good location., basically in centre of town. Clean, facilities with quality and very cosy (were in Family suite). Very good breakfast (a’la carte). Highly recommending local restaurant “Mon Ami” that is in the same building. Note - only few parking places in the hotel yard (needs pre reservation). Also sauna with minimalistic pool needs to be pre reserved and is for extra charge.

If the room is on the street side - then it might be pretty loud music because of the lounge/club across the street. Perhaps the weekend issue only….

Cosy, with very good locatoon. Very nice and tasty breakfast. Good welcome and service at reception - room upgrade for reasonable fee was offered at check in. When booking Standard Double room (14m2) it may feel quite small.

Still a bit too expensive. For weekend - recommending rooms in yard (not on street side) as over the street there is a noisy club.

Everything began with the host warmly welcoming us when we arrived from the wintery Pärnu. The hosts attitude was one of the most kindest and warmest that I've ever experienced in a hotel. Immediately we were given a free upgrade from our room to a suite. The suite was warm, cosy and spacious. Breakfast was included and we were kindly asked when would be the best time for us to have breakfast. Usually hotels demand you to show up until 10 or something like that, so this has always been a frustrating thing for me: trying to rest in a hotel and not getting enough sleep in the morning. Not this time. The selection itself was rich and everything tasted delicious. There is a small parking space in front of the hotel. Booking says that it's paid parking but we weren't asked a dime. One other thing, which I've never experienced was the free late check out. We were able to stay in the room until 1 o'clock. How cool is that?! No need to first stress about the breakfast and then about packing your things as soon as you've eaten. No covid certificate needed because this is a small boutique hotel where the guests do not have physical contacts with each other. But the host was very respectful to the situation we are in now. She always wore a mask. We could've ordered the dinner and breakfast directly to our room as well. To maximise comfort and safety.

Usually I have at least 1 or 2 tips to point out which could've been better. Even if I give 9 or 10 stars just to give the hotel the ability to improve. This time I couldn't find ANYTHING even if I'd started digging for problems. Well done! The only challenge now is to maintain this level of service. Good luck!

Amazing hotel, with incredible interior. Very cozy, located exactly in the center in the old town, easy to walk to the beach or any restaurant. Beds are comfy, breakfast is superb!

Well, yes, the air in the room is dry, you have to open the window, but also it's getting very warm because of the mini fridge which is in the closet, it produceses a lot of heat. Maybe the staff can look into it. Also, if you a private person, the door to the toilet is from glass and has no sound insulation.

Very central and quiet location, stylish rooms, comfortable bed, not over-the-top luxury feeling, just the right amount, very nice breakfast, easy parking on the weekend even on the city street, very helpful staff to arrange a very late check-out for us (against extra fee of course but it's still wonderful to have this opportunity)

Our room - White - was quiet and kid liked the bed below ceiling. Omlett at the breakfast is excellent. Very kind personnel. Good quality amenities.

Room has no decent table, i.e no place to put a computer on. We had to go outside to another building to go to the restaurant for the breakfast. Daylight gets in to the room in the morning. One door key for three people.

We have been there many times in the past and we come back because we love the hotel. Breakfast is excellent, the location is really good. It is simply a great hotel.

I have to say that I was really surprised that the great restaurant was closed for the weekend due to Mid Summer festival. I find that strange in 2023, that the restaurant is not kept open. We love the food and service there and we were really disappointed.
