The hotel was facing a park so the view was spectacular. It was on a walking distance from the centre. The room was spacious, with huge windows and a big bathroom. The breakfast was very nice and had many options. We spenr New Year’s Eve there and we had an amazing time watching the fireworks!

A part of the bathroom has a black-coloured window which results in less privacy.

The best stay I probably ever had. The employees were very professional and someone even knew a bit of german. Room was clean and big (32qm2) Breakfast also has vegan options and the SPA is open for everyone. Perfect stay, would come back again. Also the best looking hotel from all Hiltons. The view was amazind and beside the Spa you can also bath in your room even in a normal room, not just a Suite.

Only little downside: The TV does not support Chromecast for YouTube or Netflix, I hope they get upgraded. And also why is bottled water in the breakfast free but not in the rooms?

Quite a cold reception from the person at check in. The guy was great. The girl was a little frosty.

This hotel was simply fabulous. I can't fault it. The location was perfect: a 10 minute walk from the old town. I think this is preferable to staying anywhere in the old town as the old town can get very noisy at night. The location of this Hilton wasn't noisy at all and the rooms were very well soundproofed too: I heard no noise from the neighbours. The curtains were total blackout as well which is great. Breakfast was extremely varied and of great quality, featuring a lot of traditional delicious Estonian food. The bar in the lobby was wonderful; it had lots of original cocktails and lots of very nice food with plenty of vegetarian options. The staff were always very helpful. I would love to stay again when when I'm back in Tallinn!

Nice modern hotel, spacious rooms, large beds, large bathroom with both tub and separate shower. Amazing view from a large window (that unfortunately did not open). Ac and WiFi work well, refrigerator in the room. Plugs next to the bed, Beds and shower were comfortable. The hotel also has a spa, pool and gym. Location was great for us, near the ferry terminal and walking distance to the old city. Large parking garage with EV charging possibilities.

Our room was near the elevators, which made it Friday night and in the mornings a bit noisy. In addition, in comparison with the level of this hotel, the bathroom had too much limescaling at the shower cabin floor. Not unclean but was not looking tidy in line with the rest of the hotel.

It was the night of our wedding, and we hired a suite with a sauna on one of the top floors. The view was incredible, the room superb, and the bed very comfortable.

I gave it 10 out of 10, but there are some things I found strange. The lighting was not simple to figure out; we found a master switch somewhere at the back of the first room, and the ones at the door "obeyed" that one. Also, all light switch placement felt like "a strange designer decision," as well as why the towels were left in the room outside the one with the bath and the shower. It would make so much sense to be able to reach for the towel getting out of the bath, one would think... And, of course, the breakfast felt rushed when there was a person hovering on the floor while over 20 customers were still finishing their meal. By saying all that, we will be back for every one of our wedding anniversaries; we enjoyed the stay tremendously.

We liked the spacious hotel room and bathroom. We enjoyed the spa area. We appreciated the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff! The hotel is in a good location not far from the airport and also just a short walk to the city center. We had a beautiful view over the city from our room.

We were a little disappointed that the spa closed at 9:00pm. We found this a little earlier compared to what we are used to. We also didn't love having to give a €50 deposit for our stay in the room, also because we aren't used to that. But these are just minor things and everything else was fantastic!

Comfortable, spacious and clean room, friendly staff, perfect breakfast and a good spa made our holiday amazing. The most memorable time was the first 30 min of new year and we watched the gorgeous firework shows from our room’s window. It was unforgettable. My family definitely wants to stay here again.

Everything is good. We would be happier, if the daily cleaning of the room has finished earlier. Sometimes it’s around 3-4 PM. Another point is most of the staff in the restaurant do not know English. So, I had to wait for someone who knows English to ask about something there though they’re so friendly.

Hotel was well positioned for what we wanted - about a 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Hotel was very busy but probably to be expected at this time of year. Excellent self service buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Spa facilities were excellent and a very welcome place to thaw out!!

Bed had a very hard mattress - almost uncomfortable to sleep on. Bathroom ventilation system was very noisy - sounded like the wind whistling through the room day and night - again not conducive to a good night's sleep. When we reported this to reception we were told the hotel was overbooked and there was nothing they could do! Having booked our room in July we didn't find this a satisfactory response.

A comfy stay as usual, getting in before the Tallinn marathon so the objectives are queitness, sauna and pool welcomed too, in close proximity to the center but quiet. In general up to high standard.

The EV charging station at the parking still has issues, it is challenging to charge a vehicle, the charging stoppes multiple times, this has been reported 2 years ago, and since then there were no improvements. The hotel stuff says it is not their responsibility.
