The hotel has an interesting interior design. The renovation is good, although a bit poor quality. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was very good and we were delighted with the large bed with dimensions of 2x2 m, four pillows of different sizes and warm blankets. There were shampoos in the bathroom, but no slippers. Also, there was a drinking water cooler in the hall.

The shower in the bathroom is not thought out at all. There is a curtain, but it does not at all prevent the spread of unnecessary water throughout the bathroom. Be prepared for a constantly wet floor and the inability to wipe and remove excess water (we didn't find any mops). The lighting was not enough for us, and the description “city view” did not live up to our expectations at all.

Very convenient location for shopping, the bus station, and taxi stand to get to the train station; the historic center is 5-10 minutes' walk and it's not far to walk to the lake and other points of interest. Lots of nice restaurants within 5 minutes' walk. A nice breakfast, plenty of common spaces where I could meet with friends and colleagues. The staff were really nice and the bed was quite comfortable, I thought it was a good value for the price as well.

Clean and spacious rooms, great options on breakfasts. The location is also perfect, right next to the bus station and only few minutes away from the train station by car.

The staff were quite rude, unfortunately. It was nice they had the products to offer late at night, but the people behind the dest were not nice.

Front desk staff was very friendly and happy. This is our first time visiting Estonia and the Centrum Hotel was a great place to welcome us here. The breakfast was great and the kind women preparing the food was very attentive and did a great job. The room was amazing and we really enjoyed our time here. If we ever come back to Viljandi we will definitely stay at the Centrum Hotel again.

Great location - the sights were in a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and warm enough. As we were travelling by car, we were provided with a parking place without extra charges. I can't say that breakfast was very variable but it was good and substantial.

I haven't found any disadvantages, everything was up to our expectations.

If you value central location, then that's the place for you. Really nice and friendly staff, a nice size room and free parking.

The beds were too soft for my personal preference. And I could hear every single word loud and clear (their dog threw up :)) the people in the next room were speaking while being in the bathroom.

The colour palette of the rooms was calm and sort of Scandi-chic. The reading lamps beside the bed were extra ergonomic and eye-friendly, very good for a serious bedtime reading. Glad I brought a book with me :)

The breakfast was surprisingly different from the traditional Estonian hotel breakfast, but the breakfast area was rather tired. The tablecloths and plates-cups-bowls were not nostalgic-old, but unpleasant-old. Maybe it's my own personal tragedy, but I really don't like to be reminded of the beginning of the 2000s.

Good location , clear rooms and clean shower, nothing special in the room, but you have everything you need for business trip. Quite ok bed - hard to find same as at home :) , but I can say only a good things, definitely will come back

would be good to have a freezer in the room.

The hotel room was clean and quite spacious. Beds were huge for singles. Breakfast was nice, and coffee was ok. It was available to book and visit sauna.

Our timing was coinciding with the whole Viljandi being a construction site. So the access to the hotel was dubious at best (had to walk along a 20cm wide path besides a construction hole if we wanted to bring suitcases along the shortest path). It's also easy to misunderstand where the hotel is located, but it's made confusing because of the construction (which was everywhere!! - roads and parking lots dug up all over the place!)

Only one room key for a twin room which you have to share with your friend. Suggestion is to have 2 room keys for a twin room.
