This is a very nice hotel, at the centre of Addis Ababa in Bole, near the airport and close to shops and restaurants. Reception staff are very friendly, special thanks to Ms Titi she has been very helpful. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice balcony and view at the beautiful church. Sometimes can be a little noisy from the street and near nightclub, but is ok. Breakfast is many choices, nice lobby. Security is 24 hour at the lobby. I really enjoyed my stay. I would suggest to the hotel management to place a bigger logo for the hotel name on the top of the building so it can be easily found. Price is reasonable. I would definitely recommend it, and hopefully to visit again.

The room was clean the hot water was constant. I was given a room with a balcony and city view as I requested on bookings.com. The hotel is very close to the airport, restaurants, supermarkets and burger joints. The breakfast was great and on time. It was also included in the price as stated on bookings.com. The airport shuttle was on time and free as stated on bookings.com. The staff were customer friendly and the room was cleaned daily.

The TV showed only local channels. There was no Fridge, AC or Fan in my room though the balcony was helpful with making the room airy. The bedsheets had hairs on it. Room service was slow to respond to my complaint of no towel in the bathroom after room service cleaned the room when I went to have my breakfast . I had to use face towel to clean after my complaint and follow up calls complaining of no towel in the bathroom. I noticed it had been brought when I returned in the evening.

I am regular guest to this Hotel since long time. All the staff are nice and friendly, starting from the Airport pickup to the front desk employees. My room was wide enough, bed was clean and comfortable. The location of the Hotel is very ideal. In the Heart of Bole. Close to the Airport, Shopping Malls, Coffee Shops etc.

The room telephone was out of order for the duration of my stay, which hampered my communications with front desk, restaurant, etc. and resulted in going down and up whenever I need any services.

Clean and safe hotel with very friendly staff at a great location. Very close to the airport, located in Bole - where most restaurants and such can be found. The hotel is right across from a well known shopping mall, making it very easy for any taxi driver to find it. The room was clean and properly cleaned each day. Staff were very friendly. There are security guards at the entrance of the building in which the hotel is located. You cannot enter the hotel without passing by the reception desk for additional security.

I had a very pleasant stay at Daisy hotel. The staff are so nice and helpful, rooms were modern and clean and they make great breakfast. I recommend 100%

Nearby church was quite loud at times, I suggest a better soundproofing.

Cleanliness, consideration and consistent

The internet sometimes is slow and and cannot be worked with.

Super value for it's location and comfort level / room size. Came with a balcony.

Room decor was dirty and stained, but the cleaners kept the room and bathroom spotless daily other than pre-existing stains. TV in room was 99% local.

Nice location near Edna Mall roundabout, close to the Airport, the hotel has free shuttle to airport for pickup and dropoff, excellent reception staff, in particular Senayit! Tasty breakfast with at least a few veg items + 3 types of fruits + 3 types of breads + basic salads + juice + Latte - great cook and the person who makes the Latte!! Provided a safe deposit box in the room on request.

Lighting in the room could use higher wattage.

I spent for three days, welcoming environment , great staffing with excellent customer service . I like your breakfast. Room is clean and great WiFi . Covenant location, easy for access for transportation and close to the airport. Great place to stay. Thank you for your service.

Every thing

The value for money is incredible. No it isn't perfect, but for the price I do not think you will find better. The room is spotless, the shower works really well, the bed is comfortable. Staff are very helpful and arrange shuttle buses willingly.

The breakfast selection was a little weak, seemingly as a result of very few guests.
