Comfortable room

Location right on the road, and there was construction works day and night.

The room was very spacious and the view of the city from the balcony was amazing. All of the staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, my waiter at the rooftop lounge helped me take pictures and gave me great menu recommendations. The location is also convenient, super close to Friendship and Unity Park as well as the Mercato. Would definitely recommend to others.

My only *slight* complaint was that the hot water in the shower ran out pretty quickly, so be sure to keep showers short and you’ll be fine.

It was a wonderful stay. After long meetings at my work feel really relax and comfortable in my room. Warm water in washroom and comfortable bed, pillow and blanket took my all tiredness away. Front desk staff was quite helpful and professional specially staff member Eden. Coffee and snacks at yakuta hall coffee shop made me in love with coffee special thanks to staff Meaza who really knows what customer needs at that time wonderful customer service. Break fast at top floor at 360 lounge was always fresh higenic and tasty. Break fast head boy serves in a great ways thank bro. Love custom made egg of choice. Room service and cleaning staff was very hard working and honest. and last but not least free shuttle service from and to airport means alot to me. Thanks to wonderful shuttle driver Zalalam who give me review of city and help me in knowing city, hotel and different routes etc.

Once my shower area water outlet was closed due to unknown reason but room service opened that after complain within no time. Some times heard building construction noises from back side of the hotel.

Great central location - made exploring Addis very easy and it wasn’t too far from the airport either I easily walked to most sites I could. Breakfast was included as well which is always a plus

Lots of construction around the neighbourhood- went on all night on one of the nights.

the staff professionalism, the behaviour of the team. especially the working staff who are engaged in cleaning the rooms. all these people were fantastic and very much cooperative.

Breakfast is not up to the mark. there are no options for the halal food and fresh meal. drinks and jugs used to be empty, same goes with salad and European breakfast option.

The staff are great. The hotel is very clean, airport shuttle much appreciated, and there is a great coffee bar and rooftop lounge bar (also serves great food). My room was comfy.

Wifi on the upper floors is not great and the drains in my bathroom made for an unpleasant smell. I also think the hotel could be more proactive in advertising its services to guests. Eg....what time is the restaurant open and what does it serve? This info is missing from within rooms.

The staff were nice and the facilities are clean.It was close to the city center and close to most places

Most staff are not fluent in English which makes it hard to communicate,the spa and fitness center is not good at all and need to improve

Breakfast is with good variety Overall good service (far from Bole) but close to the Piaza great rooftop!!! with occasionally band shows Nice jym although need to add cross-trainer and clean it!

Restaurant is so slowwwww Not in a very good neighborhood Breakfast very slow service, asked for tea with lemon and it took 30 min. Dont have espresso in breakfast

The room was tidy, quiet and the place to relax. Breakfast was exceptional. All diets available for all categories including vegetarians. I had no experience with the bar because I don't drink.

I didn't like the moods at the reception, first time interaction with receptionists was not impressive. There's need to improve on how clients are directed to their rooms because not everybody is a regular traveler.

Staff from the Entrance.. Front desk ... to the restaurant..room service and cafeteria were very friendly and ready to help. The location and atmosphere was pleasant. Airport shuttle was on point.

I ordered Cheeseburger it was cold and expensive.. I was too tired to complain specialy after i got it an hour later from the time i ordered .
