A great location, sauna in the room is a huge plus and the breakfast buffet was amazing. There are reindeer to feed, and there's a spot at a 5 minute walk where you can easily see the northern lights.

Our room didn't get any cleaning during our 4-night stay, I'm not sure why since we were gone for a few hours every day at different times doing activities. Luckily we are very tidy people :)

Staff were cordial, breakfast was very diverse and filling, something for everyone. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the inclusion of a sauna in the room. There were free washers and dryers in the hotel which we thought was great. Location wise it was perfect for us, the airport bus dropped us off. It was a short walk to the bus stop to go to Rovaniemi as well as the main shopping area in Levi, and nice and near the lake for some great northern lights viewing.

We stayed in this hotel as part of our honeymoon trip through lapland and we received a very nice Wellcome in the hotel. The best hotel breakfast I'e ever had with so many vegan options. Great location and big rooms with sauna.

The interior design of the rooms is not very modern (but everything worked just fine and beds were comfortable)

Lovely hotel just 5 mins walk to ski slopes. Stayed many times before new addition of safes and small fridge in rooms a great bonus now. Comfortable spacious rooms and excellent housekeeping.

Would have liked to be able to control temperature in room personally.

Perfect location next to slopes, city centre and frozen lake (for northern lights). Very good vegan options for breakfast absolutely loved it. Spacious rooms and you’ve your own sauna. Staff is also amazing. Microwave available for use next to the kitchen. Stayed for 3 nights was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful one night stay at K5 and wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; we enjoyed having access to a fitness room: the kids loved feeding the reindeer and the buffet breakfast was exceptional!

Location was perfect. It was warm & comfortable stay.

The food wasn’t great. There wasn’t much choice. We arrived late and no food options were available for us. So we had to go looking elsewhere for food when all we wanted to do was have a feed and drink.

Room with 4 beds. Spacious, with a loft. Breakfast as expected, quite ok and a strong point. A bit tired hotel, but spacious and with good location. No party guests, no nightlife location, which we liked.

Bed linnen not upp to cleaning standards, we had to request a changen of linnens. Wifi not working, due to "maintenance"? No day to day cleaning, exept upon request. Staff polite but obviously overstretched, owners to blame. Why the need to go cheap when the hotel is fully booked?

The 24\7 reception is very good. :) The breakfast was plenty and the room was very spacious. We had a sauna in the bathroom, I tried it. It needs time to heat up, but after that it is really nice. Also the lobby area is comfortable so you can wait for your flight there. The whole hotel is very clean!

It is an older hotel, so do not expect fancy solutions and design. The sauna was a little cramped, you need to climb to the good spot. :) Also the bed is a little hard, but for 1 night we managed it.

The place is very clean and well maintained. The room that I got was really good and comfortable with a private electric sauna! The breakfast was amazing with lot of options!
